Very quiet location, no distirbance or what so ever.

The quietness of the area and will be good for those looking to spend good time without interruption.

The beds were comfortable but could benefit from a foam topper. There were 5 steep steps to the lower level entrance from the car park area which we were able to cope with but others may have difficulty with luggage.

An old property with big rooms well furnished with period furniture. The large bathroom was newly refurbished with an excellent luxury multi shower. A mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, china and cutlery and a surprising amount of foodstuffs made it more like a self catering apartment. Our room had independent access without going through the main house which we found beneficial.

The room was a bit tired, but perfectly clean and a great size.

The location was great for exploring the south coast and Dartmoor. The owners had provided cereal, yoghurt, biscuits, tea and coffee etc. which was unexpected but great.

Directions to find the place say opposite " Fagins" which no longer exists. I found the B and B reference confusing , I thought it was a traditional B and B. ( but there were more than sufficient items for us )Very deep steps to the gate and the little yard inside before the conservatory is slippery .Booking .com photo is outraged.

Pleasant hostess. Plenty of snacks and DIY breakfast .Thoughtful offering of gluten free cereal and almond milk .Large room spotlessly clean , giant amenities with both bath and shower ( including radio ) .easy parking at property. We had free wifi in the room .Actually it's more substantial than a room more like a little flat .Could relax in the conservatory if you chose to .Fresh eggs available on site from Diana's own chickens lovely to see the free range chickens and rabbits through the windows.
