Nice private good sized Hot tub - was also nice touch to have robes, extra towels and slippers provided. Good range of kitchen items and well kept facilities to use for 6 people. Fair price for a long weekend stay. Would stay again if in the area.

It was all good. Not a huge house but it has everything you need.

Lovely little house. The best bit was the large hot tub on the decking outside. Perfect on a cold January day! The house was warm, clean , the beds super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a fab weekend. The location is nice, because it's tucked away from the road and has a small woods to one side and a stream at the end of the garden, the house felt more rural whilst having the benefit of being in walking distance of old Colwyn and only 15 mins walk to the beach. But honestly, the hot tub! It was just the best bit for us.

Lovely place to stay with the family. Felt like nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, who were very relaxed despite our late arrival. Kids particularly loved the hot tub, and meeting the ducks too!

Would probably could have done with an electric kettle rather than a stove kettle just for ease of making baby bottles up but not an issue.

The property was easy to find. We were met with a warm welcome on arrival (the owners are lovely!) and shown how everything worked, then left to enjoy our stay. The cottage was spotless and comfortable. The hot tub was great and enjoyed by all the family. We especially liked the friendly ducks! The property was well placed for exploring the surrounding area in north Wales. We visited conwy castle, rhos on sea, Colwyn bay and landudno - all a short drive away. Close to lots of takeaways too.

The Coachhouse was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location for us as there was so much to see and do within a few miles. The hot tub was an added bonus.

The 5th member of our family didn’t think the sofa bed was very comfortable but the rest of us were fine! An enclosed garden for our dog would have been ideal but happy that dogs were allowed in the first place!

We had everything we needed and the jacuzzi was lovely to relax in after a busy day walking. There was a small nature reserve just opposite the property perfect for dog walking. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Easy drive to all sorts of attractions in N Wales.

Amazing hosts, the cottage was lovely with everything you can possibly need for a stay away from home. We were lucky to have 2 sunny days, so we ate outside for breakfast and dinner 🍽.. The garden was lovely 🐿🐿 The hot tub was a lovely addition. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we will back again !!

The lack of electric kettle, as an avid tea drinker I prefer a quick boil. But can't think of anything else. Gas did run out on us, but was promptly rectified
