Room had the loudest radiator in history, didn't sleep very well, shower head holder was broken, bathroom window had a large crack in it. No facility for food.

Location for the football ground was good, 15 minute walk.

There were no towel hooks, the toilet seat was a different size to the toilet so there was a massive gap and the bin was broken. Only given 2 pillows for double bed.

The hotel is undergoing renovations which reduces services but there was no noise impact. The rooms need a little more TLC but improve the cleanliness - little bit of mould in the shower

The location of the hotel is great for a last minute stay over at the racecourse. It is good value for a basic stay with no breakfast WiFi and lots of renovation. Despite all the renovation it was quiet and clean and had free parking. The price reflects this

Widows & building at the back needs a clean

Had issue getting key.. Arranged 3pm..tirned up 4.30 and demanded a 100 cash deposit.. Apparently I get when check out.. Iv said I'd like leave at 10 am.. Iv messaged telling them..as they don't like receive calls.. It's now 9.30 am and still no reply.

The hotel is undergoing renovation and is a little tired but saying that we slept well and it was value for money. It stated that there was secure onsite parking but the gate to the car park was left open all night. Also the signage for the car park is a little lacking. In our room the window was broken and would not shut, this was ok though as the room was quite warm.

Ideal location for a one night stay to see a concert at the Halls in Wolverhampton. Room was lovely and clean, bed nice and comfy and lovely hot shower. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed a late night drink in the onsite bar after the concert. Budget friendly hotel that does what it says on the tin.

Still needs more renovation work to be done, despite a fresh coat of paint and new furniture in our room, there were still minor repairs and details requiring attention.

We actually had our wedding reception at the hotel in 1997 and this was our first visit since then. It’s good to see some work has been done at the hotel and the heating was exceptional.

I booked through booking.com. No mention of the hotel being refurbished, breakfast was not included so I thought I would purchase it in the morning but I was told on arrival that there was no food because of the refurbishment. The room price of £55 was a fair reflection given the lack of facilities but I would not have booked had I known.

The bed was a very bad quality, the pillows had dirty marks on them. The toilet sit was broken, and the facility looks unfinished and outdated. Toilets in the corridor were both out of order. Besides, people were smoking in the hotel, so the smell of smoke was all over our room through the front door.

Am not sure what I actually like at this hotel. It's very difficult to tell.

There wasn't a hairdryer and when enquiring about it they couldn't get one for me.

It was a good location with a good size shower clean facilities and the bed was comfy. friendly staff and for one night it was what we asked for.

I didn’t like that the key to my door wouldn’t open the door and I had To keep getting the man downstairs to come and open it but other than that the stay was good Staff was polite too

Hotel In need of great decoration. Lift not working. No breakfast available. 1st room, window didn't shut so moved rooms and rubbish found in wardrobe. 2nd room - Spare pillow but no pillow case. Pillows very flat. Unable to turn off heating in room so had to open window, this caused door to bang throughout the night. Very hot all night. Had to wedge the door with the tea bags. Mirror missing on wall. Smoke alarm missing. Curtains didn’t fit quite properly so light Shone in. Would not stay again.
