Well, it's Aberdeen - so there's the rain... I guess the check in times are a bit of a nuisance but it was very easy to deal with.

Comfortable and had a handy kitchen. No hob but I didn't need one. Really quiet and restful on a busy business trip.

Nice place but the bathroom could have been cleaner! also could do with some general maintenance and a refresh, also the sofa had gone in the centre.

The location & the staff member at check in was really friendly & helpful, also the balcony was cool.

The kitchen isn't particularly well equipped - there are few utensils for food preparation and there is no draining board for washing up. There was a problem with the heater control when I arrived which could only be sorted the next day,

The flat is in a great historic location. It is clean and modern. I like the sofa & chair arrangement. The bathroom supplies plenty of hot water. You can plug a Netflix dongle into the telly. The bed is comfortable. The common areas are bright and well lit.

Not very comfortable seating area. Only 2 sets of cutlery and basic dinnerware in kitchenette. Inconvenient for a 2 night stay

No privacy - you can hear everything in the bathroom Parking directly outside had a maximum of 2 hours and I don’t feel the hotel have been clear about this on this site - most people would need longer than this The hotel also for some reason took unauthorised payment - only £2 but it was not authorised which I’m not happy with so am hoping they will resolve this The Hotel e mailed after our stay encouraging us to contact them with any feedback - when I raised the points about the parking and the unauthorised payment they didn’t accept the points and rather than saying thanks, we will review it were slightly argumentative. Not sure why they asked for feedback about customer’s experience then argue the points! We would have stayed again but based on the hotel’s response I’d now look elsewhere so they’ve done themselves out of some frequent business

The only problem we had was I did not notice that reception closed at 6pm. Our train was cancelled but we made it before 18.00hrs Receptionist was excellent and phoned to check we didn’t require an entry code for late arrival. Very small inconvenience. My email replies did not seem to get through. I was telephoned by Craibstone Suites when they never heard from me. Great service.

Fridge wasn't working, some of my food went off. Television didn't work well,l was there for 5 nights, so, that wasn't good.

£75.00 refundable deposit. Small things like I'd you have a kitchen area it needs cleaning materials and adequate tea and coffee. The room was freezing on arrival and took a couple of hours to warm up. (Had to turn on each radiator individually and max the thermostat to get it going)

The TV remote didn’t work and we didn’t receive the batteries we requested. So no Tv for the duration of our stay.

Parking outside the property is a hassle as you have to pay ever 2 hours. I know they say there is parking close by but you like your car to be where your staying

When asking about laundry, no information could be given by staff. Asked for more soap, none was available. We ended up 3 1/2 hours instead of the other, 40 minutes. Bed was very dippy on one side.

Not having a very long opening time for reception could be a problem, I felt a bit awkward having to send over a copy of my ID since I arrived after 6pm and there was no one at reception. The room was a little dark at the top and quite stuffy, had to have the windows open (which meant being woken up at 4am by seagulls.

Good sized room, good location a short walk from Union Street. Clean and comfortable space with all the things you could need for a short stay such as desk, TV, iron, fridge etc. The little I saw of the staff they seemed nice.
