A warm and friendly greeting from Sarah & Kevin who really are wonderful hosts Breakfast was plentiful, lovely Full English that kept us full up till late afternoon !! Accommodation was lovely, clean and smelt wonderful as you entered the building. Everything you needed in your room for your stay including a little chocolate on the bed ! Sarah & Kevin where full of advice and direction of places to eat and visit. Would defiantly return again and recommend to friends & family.

Bathroom could have been a bit bigger but it was clean and adequate and nice to have our own ensuite

Loved the friendly owners and the quiet low season getaway. The layout and lounge felt like home away from home. The fresh eggs from onsite chickens are a nice bonus.

Breakfast was really good: Individually prepared and delicious! You had many different choices! The water bottle next to the bed was very handy. I was very grateful for Kevin being so attentive after I fell off the rented bicycle! Thank you!

There was nothing that could have been improved on it is a shame that the local area is run down for someone who works so hard the council could do more to help attract tourist.

Kevin and Sara were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Breakfast was lovely, we never had to wait and was always lovely and hot. Everything was very clean but our shower needed updating bu wasn’t much of a problem.

Double bed mattress felt like the mattress was turned upside down & felt unfortunately uncomfortable, ( just needed an extra topper, which I would bring next time or something to put on top of the mattress.) Inside the bed lamps, were terribly dusty & need a clean.

Kevin and Sarah were extremely welcoming, Kevin was very attentive & a lovely man! it was a beautiful hotel with gorgeous bar, sitting room & bedroom, single bed comfortable. a really good choice of drinks tea, coffee hot & chocolate & biscuits, lovely selection of towels & flannels, really gorgeous breakfast room & high ceilings. Very good choice of breakfast & drinks! 😋

Nothing, everything was great.

Lovely couple to greet us, best service ever, nice room, comfortable beds, oustanding breakfast, close to the beach and shops. Having a nightcap with people you never met before and feeling like you have known them all your life. It felt like a home, not just a place to stay. Warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Sandown is more than a little run down. Lacking in places to eat and what there was were impossible to get a table unless you booked well in advance so we went to other towns

Kevin & Sara were incredibly hospitable immediately and made sure my stay was a positive experience Breakfast was amazing. Oftentimes in hospitality portions are small for the cost however here the portions are a good size. I really loved the healthy options of yogurt and fruit Location is great, close to both the beach and the museum I would certainly come again if I do research on Isle of Wight fossil fauna again👍🏼 Would recommend

Location was easy and accessible and the selection and choice of breakfast was great the breakfast was outstanding and very much enjoyed the bed was the best Iv slept in in any hotel would have loved to have stayed longer if I could have. I had a lovly warm welcome and the service was excellent and nothing was to much trouble. Will recommend to friends and family with no hesitation. Was like a family when away from home.

Very friendly host, the room is super comfy Willing to help as long as you ask, which made my trip really amazing in Sandown. The recommendation from Kevin is also amazing. Next time if I have chance, I would love to stay here again
