Apartment is a bit dark but not an issue. No mirror in second bedroom. We had a problem with the shower drain blocking and potentially flooding the bathroom. We asked for house keeping to fix it but it took 24hrs for someone to arrive.

Location brilliant. Any staff we met were very pleasant. Apartment well equipped.

Great central location with car park. We’ve stayed at Glen Mohr several times and love that it is on the river. Apartment was very nice. Great shire room and kitchen.

Bathroom looked tired (flaky paint, shower seal moulding, shower door really stiff), being in a lower apartment ment that you could hear every time someone moved upstairs.

Lots of space, great location, clean, everything you needed to hand. Lovely staff.

Staff at reception could have been a little more informative about the hotel and the area. We had to figure it out for ourselves. Finding the apartment you are staying in is a bit complicated but once you have worked it out you are ok.

Location is great. Very spacious apartments. Beds are excellent and comfortable. Late checkout of 11am a bonus.

Excellent location, great value for money all the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. Love the selection of beer from the onsite brewery. Overall well recommended.

The bathroom shower felt dirty, the shower door was extremely difficult to slide and most the time we could only get it open about 30cm. I did advise reception of this during check out. The living room furniture felt very basic and dated. There was no comfort or homely atmosphere in that room.

Location and Facilities for the hotel were great. Car Park on site was also very handy.

They need to do something about the heating. Last time, the radiators in the bathroom didn't work, and it was freezing, and the room radiator made terrible noises all night. This time, it all worked, but the room was still cold.

We always stay here , the location is great, the beds are so comfy and the rooms are so nice and clean.

Apartment could do with refurbishment. Carpets were worn, chipped paintwork on doors etc, tired looking kitchen. It may be that this apartment will get upgraded as there were workmen refurbishing other apartments on site.

Excellent central location. Apartment was enormous, two big double bedrooms , big bathroom with bath and separate shower. Ample car parking.

The beds were not especially comfortable and despite asking for the sofa bed to be made up for us this had not been done. The access to the apartment was with a magnetic key card (like a hotel room) but for a door that opened directly on to the street, which didn't feel very secure.

The space was clean. The apartment was conveniently located. The facility has a car park. It is reasonably priced for the standard of accommodation.

Noise from bar could be heard quite clearly. Windows on ground floor could benefit from nets to give privacy when curtains open.

There was the room above us being let by a stag do, they were up all night partying and did not allow us any sleep - nothing was done about this which was unfortunate.

There is nothing major to dislike, but the apartment was showing some wear and tear. The wifi wasn't working.

Very friendly staff and a great location. Self-catering gave us a level of independence, but being part of a hotel, the reception team were really helpful.
