We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It was a non staffed keycode entry , clean and tidy for a budget stay. The pub was closed so no meals , only disappointment was the tea and coffee facilities and no glass for water , it was a very hot week. However with the supermarket opposite it was easy enough to get provisions. The emailed communication for the property was spot on , cant knock it , but beware if disabled it would not be suitable managing difficult stairs .

United KingdomOn balance I think I prefer having some interaction with people when I check in, I missed the check in instructions email as I had been driving for 4 hours prior to arrival so I had no idea what to do or where to go when I arrived. Also the water pressure from the shower was terrible. Having said that, the room was clean and comfortable.

No soap or shower gel. inadequate quilt once the heating goes off the room was quite cold- I had a very poor nights sleep. Not the cleanest room when one looks a bit harder than initial glance around.

United KingdomLight did not work in one room, tap had no lever in the other room, we had to retune the tv to get BBC. My husband described it like an escape room - you needed a code to get in, an email to find your room and ingenuity to work the tap, TV and make tea!
