Fabulous location central to all the lovely sights of christchurch. View from our room one of the best overlooking the bowling green and the priory. Beautifully decorated room with stunning large picture window.

Not much to be honest, it is a great place, our second stay, and we would return. We would probably book ourselves a better room.

Breakfast great, room tiny on top floor but adequate, though windows could do with refurbishing. Didn't eat dinner unfortunately. Staff at front reception superb.

The lift was too small for 2 people with luggage.

The staff were all friendly and professional. We highly recommend 100% Lauren who helped during a medical emergency was Amazing, Scott Pearce and Ellie an asset to the company. A Very Big Thank you , lovely stay from start to finish .

Everything was superb. Parking is limited but that's a feature of being located in the old part of town.

The welcome was very warm and efficient. Staff were very pleased to help with information on local attractions. Our room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Try the Cheese Souffle!

It's an older building, that needs a lot of maintenance, but you can adjust to the quirks in the winter for sure, especially for the comfort and quality of service. I was comfortable overall and can't see them letting that be any other way for asking.

Service was welcoming and accomodating since I hadn't planned where I would stay the night and was able to check in quite late. There gentleman gave first class professional service and even said it was his first day, I would not have known as he acted like a professional. My breakfast the next day was divine, do be careful to book before hand staff was still accomodating and food was perfectly done.

Breakfast was excellent and so was the service room was perfect and clean tidy and spacious couldn’t fault anything cocktail bar was lovely we have stayed here at least seven times so that says it all and the location is excellent for bar’s restaurants and walking

Beautifully done up staff were amazing so helpful...even posted my running shoes back to me when I left them in the room! Great location for exploring Christchurch and atea. The evening set meal was fabulous as was the breakfast..made our stay!

The top floor rooms are not the best as in the eaves, small window and the basin in the bathroom was weirdly low. Parking is first come first served, better parking provision would be nice.

The decor in the bar and restaurant was really nice. It was a pleasure to use the hotel bar as it had some life about it. The staff were all extremely helpful, from parking tips to local recommendations. The rooms are nicely decorated with everything you need and the beds are very comfortable.
