You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThis is a personal opinion, but we found the bed and pillows quite hard and uncomfortable. Also room size was so large that it made the double bed seem even smaller than it was, they should have gone for king size beds. Room was overly warm on arrival, but not too much of a problem as windows open fully.
Room very spacious, clean and well furnished. En-suite good, recently renovated. Parking very convenient next to reception. Food options locally really good, great Italian next door if you fancy a change from the hotel food.

United KingdomWe couldn't check in even 15 minutes early. I had two elderly people with me so we had to sit in the car and put the heating on until after check in time. The drinks were quite expensive in the bar. Room 2 had a boggy smell near or in the bathroom upon entry, it was there throughout my stay but I just kept the bathroom door shut the whole time. I was awoken by the person in the room above me at 5.30am walking around their room quite often, but this can't be helped.
The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The staff were friendly, the food was lovely and the bar was inviting and had a lovely atmosphere to sit in. I would come again.
