You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe room we had was at the gable end of the property. Through the night the room got very very cold. The hotel staff said their heating comes on twice through the night which it did! but the room was very cold. (Maybe a small heater could be placed in this room to keep the heat throughout the night) the breakfast was fantastic and there was plenty of parking at the property. Wouldn’t hesitate of staying here again.

The location is very central. We had breakfast which was absolutely amazing...a great selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.

United KingdomWould book a room with a bigger bed next time, small double bed was too small for me & my partner, so we didn't sleep great, thought it would be a standard size double bed, but it was a small double, toilet was too close to window sill we had to sit on it sideways, we was on a budget so booked the cheaper room, i recommend paying a bit extra for a better room.
Great location, staff very friendly, breakfast was amazing, service excellent, powerful shower, would stay again.
