My parents stayed in a very large suite but the shower was in the bath and also set back in an alcove. This made it difficult to use.

Booked a stay for my husband’s birthday and we had an excellent time. The staff were friendly and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The pub with its old world charm was also the perfect place to spend an evening. The food in particular was excellent with extra mention for the breakfast which is one of the best we have had away to date.

Booking.com advertised it as dinner included but the hotel advised it was only an amount towards it.

The pipes were a little loud when people used water but it really was not a huge deal

Hired a family cottage with 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms had a cot set up. The quality of the decor, furniture, bedding, kitchenware was all top notch. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the views. Staff were helpful and friendly.

When we arrived at the inn we were met by the staff who throughout the whole stay were exceptional northing was too much trouble even the dogs were made very welcome. Our room was excellent and suited our needs. We have stayed in many pet friendly places but it will take alot to beat the Pheasant inn. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it. Thank you the Pheasant team.

the only thing i could improve on would be the chair at the desk in the room wasn't the most comfortable so if you were working for a few hours it was quite hard, but that is all I could fault the place is amazing.

When finding this little gem I turned up and was pleasantly surprised as it was better then I thought and the views were excellent. my room was very nice with a superb bathroom and massive bed. I went down to have food and it exceeded my expectations it was some of the nicest food I have had in a while and the portion sizes were massive.

Leaving, it was too soon

The room was beautiful, full of gifts and an incredible view of the countryside. They were also incredibly accommodating of our very nervous dog. It was our first time taking her to a public place and she was great and the staff made it very easy for her!
