Shower in en-suite was very weak.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, 5 mins from nightlife and shops. It was very good value for money, very clean. The en-suite shower wasn’t good but it was really good in the main bathroom. I will def stay there again.

The location was a backstreet which meant it was difficult to find and was a bit noisy during the night

The size of the apartments are good for a family but there was far too much noise in the apartment below starting at 3am, which spoiled the trip. Staff were good at addressing this when notified but if it’s a place families then others need to be made clear that playing loud music at 3am is not acceptable.

The couches were exceptionally uncomfortable. You could not sit on them for very long. The street outside is made of cobbles so if you are unsteady on your feet it could prove a challenge.

It was an ideal location close to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. There was so much space in the apartment and it was very clean.

Modern Reception dude was super friendly, no dishwasher but luckily they left washing up liquid to use. No balcony I requested and agreed but no biggy. Clean and location good , lights in corridor didn’t work on top flight of stairs. Hot water wasn’t very hot.

It’s only minor but the doors were annoying the way they kept closing behind you and unfortunately construction work going on outside

Overall is was clean but the sheets on one of the beds had what appeared as fresh blood in places over it. We didn’t complain as it was late when we arrived and we just wanted to get out for an event we’d paid for. The water stopped whilst people were using showers in two different bathrooms and there was no water to the taps either. It only happened once and then resumed. We had the double room with en-suite and single bed, but our son and partner had the second room and they experienced water over their bedding and clothing which was so wet it had to be rung out. We didn’t complain as we were leaving and we couldn’t find the source of the problem. Staff overall were friendly and helpful, however a group cleaning staff were heard shouting and swearing quite loudly when cleaning the room directly next us. I wasn’t impressed being woken after a late night and wouldn’t have been impressed if my kids were much younger in terms of the language used. Shower in en-suite was like a trickle and the shower door didn’t work properly. Having said all that, it certainly wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Great location, close to the heart of nightlife, shopping and museums. Big enough for a family or group, facilities good, even had a washer/dryer, large fridge, oven, hob, microwave so you can make your own breakfast. En-suite bathroom and separate bathroom too which was really useful. Had a 24 hour reception so you could leave your keys and get a bottled bear or spirit or snack but we didn’t use it. You can park in the evening straight outside till 8am too and lots of parking nearby but walk further and you can find it for free.

Slight cleanliness issues in room and kitchen and needed another relaxing chair for 5th guest

Was good friendly, reception service, the keys were easy to collect. The apartment was beyond my expectation.
