Location, liitle kitchen in room including microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery etc. Perfect for solo traveller who was tired after great long walk in area. Staff friendly. Parking. Room clean, comfortable and warm A continental breakfast left in room for in the morning.

Nothing really Had the complementary breakfast I would have liked a cooked one but only 3 rooms in the property so not worth it for them l suppose. Not a problem.

Great food and drink they managed to fit us in at short notice. Booked at the last minute.. Friendly staff and locals . Good atmosphere really busy community pub. Location and just as described.Website helpful. Would stay again . Dog friendly.

The room look like it needed a bit of a paint job. The heating was on all day and all night and it got extremely hot during the night despite having all the windows open. It was good that the windows did open though as many hotels, screw them down. The shower wasn’t very powerful but none of this would deter us from coming again.

It’s in a really lovely village. We had a warm welcome and all the locals were extremely friendly. We had a very cute double room which had all the basics that we needed for an overnight stay. We had a delicious meal in the pub downstairs and the bill was very reasonable. Would definitely come back again if I was coming to this village. Overall it was good value for money.

Fantastic atmosphere and wonderful staff. We went for a chill weekend. Stayed 2nights. Saturday evening was full of locals, a stag night then 2 guitarists. Sunday was Mother’s Day. Food on Saturday and Sunday was exceptional. They do not serve food on Monday Tuesday or Wednesday..no real breakfast. Community run pub. Good prices.

We know the property well so knew what to expect as we have also had friends stay their before. Was quite busy on Saturday evening and food was excellent.

The room was quite cold at times and it was difficult to get the shower to a nice temperature, but apart from these it was absolutely perfect.

Very friendly staff and locals at the pub. The food was lovely, very reasonably priced and fast to arrive. We loved seeing Cyril the cat too! The room was beautifully decorated and clean, we felt very comfortable. Lots of treats in the fridge as well. The area was perfect for what we wanted and we would recommend staying here rather than in Ruthin itself.

Wifi was rather slow.

Everyone very friendly. We were invited to join in the carol singing and the quiz which were taking place on the day we arrived. We didn't have to walk through the pub to our room but could come and go through the back door. Useful community shop a few doors away and superb views of the church opposite.

The room was really lovely. Everyone was very friendly and the pub was delightful. Literally everything was so much better than I was expecting. Plus it is dog friendly, how can you beat that?

Lovely welcoming community run pub with accommodation . Food was excellent. Our room was spacious and set up as self catering accommodation with a small kitchen.

The Atmosphere at The Raven Inn was fantastic. Lots of lovely meals were being served on our arrival. Our accommodation was spacious, high spec, clean and very comfortable. There was everything you needed including a continental breakfast left for us in the fridge. There was also ample supply of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We would definitely recommend The Raven Inn.
