A small thing but could have done with more hangers in the wardrobe

A very large & clean room and bathroom for under £100. Excellent location just off main square. Room was right above the pub but I couldn’t hear a thing from downstairs.

Excellent lunch time meal. Unhurried, no pressure. Best apple crumble and custard of the vacation. Prompt response and help when we had difficulty with the tv. General kindness and helpfulness from the staff. We'd stay here should we visit Warwick again. Visiting from Canada.

Blind seemed a little see through in the bathroom. What was overlooking the market square so the wife felt a little uncomfortable especially when the light was on at night.

The room was large and very clean. Food in the pub was good and the staff were very friendly. The location of the pub for exploring the town is perfect, just off the market square with plenty of other pubs cafes and shops around. Advised to drop bags off at the pub first before parking as it is a few minutes walk from the recommended car park to the pub up a hill. You can park outside the pub for unloading bags etc.

Lumpy pillows. Smaller than normal twin beds. Rooms need updating slightly with new carpet. Occasional drain smell from bathroom.

Central location. Was put in a room in a separate block on the next street. Rooms OK needs slight updating. Bathroom was spacious lovely shower. Had all the toiletries needed for a short break which was great. Hard lumpy pillow 1st night was changed no problem by housekeeping who were amazing. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Any problems just mention to them and they get it sorted. Staff are great.

The steak and over priced food

Evening meal was overpriced for you you got and not very nice. Not right you pay £70 for a meal to still be hungry after it. Ordered a well done steak and it was still mooing when it came

You have to go to the restaurant to grab the keys, which is in another building. To get to the room, you have to climb two stories of stairs, so be aware of that if you have mobility problems of if you are carrying a pram or heavy luggage. The sofa-bed was very uncomfortable, I would avoid that next time.

The rooms are well located in a central area of the town, so you can find everything you need around. The shower is good, and they provide good bath products, along with coffee, hot chocolate and tea with cookies, which was very handy and warming for my family after a long journey by car. There is a parking area about 4 minutes walking, £8/day, which is quite fair.

I liked the assistance by the staff who welcomed us with smiles and offers to hold our luggage whilst we moved cars and visited the castle. Food was great and room spacious

Net curtains in room were ripped which was a little bit of a shame when everything else was so nice.

Needed somewhere to stay for busienss. This more than fitted the bill. Super central location. Lovely characterful pub. Nicely decorated and nice and clean. Would use again.

Had to pay for parking and drag our bags from the car park to the hotel.

Location was great, comfortable room, very friendly staff. Evening meal was excellent if a bit pricey. Breakfast was really nice with a wide choice.

Drainage on the room sink was poor loud patrons banging doors late into the night. Green light in the room was annoying and shower room curtains gave next to no privacy from neighbouring onlookers

The bathroom had some footprints in it, but otherwise the room was clean. The shower drain was slightly clogged.

The room was very cozy and cute! There was plenty of space and the amenities were great. The water pressure was very strong - awesome!

A few basic maintenance issues that could be addressed. Bulb out in the bathroom, shower bar loose, ripped headboard.

Would of liked a cereal starter and fruit juice if it was available,then the cooked breakfast, definitely should be fruit juice but we didn't see any. It's a Cafe style breakfast

Great location, clean room, breakfast was good but no cereal,fruit juice ect you just order warm food off the menu, it was tasty, we would stay again. The room we stayed was opposite pub in the square.
