Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe badly patched up holes in doors, poor quality furniture, absolutely diabolical mattresses, fixtures & fittings finishes are poor like cracking rusty paint on radiators. I had to leave my son unattended to go back to discuss the way to get him back into the hotel because the wheelchair accessible door was locked at 10pm…. We were there to celebrate a birthday (party) I had to talk the owner into letting us come in via the dining room fire escape. I could say more, but they’re fairly nice people so I won’t.
Honestly, not much but it was near to the party venue.

United KingdomAs a couple we booked a double bed and got 2 singles beds on the day when arrived was advised the place is fully booked and this is the only room they have, to be honest having a gap in the bed and the bed moving doesn’t sleep at all. They should have just cancelled the booking and not taken it. Mattress wasn’t that comfortable No heating on at all No food at the place as they redoing up the restaurant Was a strong smell coming from upstairs rooms Banging from the rooms Few party’s in the rooms Can’t really complain for the money to be honest.
To be honest the staff and hotel manager was great 100% great service, unfortunately we didn’t get to the the spa and other facilities on the day won’t be able to comment about them.

We have stayed there before and used it to ourself and was told it comes in with the price of the room so I was lied to by the man on the front desk. We had a double bed with a single quilt put in a double cover so most of the night I had no cover how stupid is that or maybe trying to save money
