Mattress didn't fit bed and only a single quilt for double 🛏️ and painted surfaces was dirty in places, ordered a full breakfast and got a continental then was ask for more money will not stay here again.

Not very good as continental breakfast goes very poor some of cold meats were off chiller cabinet where milk and fruit juice stored in open top jugs needed a good scrub dirty quality of bread and cereal poor

The Owner Was Ringing Me Looking Payment Before I Had Even Arrived 3 Times ROOM WAS REALLY DATED AND SMELLEY I HAD TO BUY CLEANING PRODUCTS BATHROOM FLOOR WAS A MESS FELT LIKE I WAS GOING TO FALL THROUGH IT SAID THEIR WAS BREAKFAST WITH BOOKING HAD TO PAY FOR A COOKED BREAKFAST WHICH WASNT STATED SAID THEIR WAS FOOD AVAILABLE AT HOTEL WAS NOTHING UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE I COME HOME THEY LEFT A MENU IN THE ROOM WASNT TOLD ROOM WASNT CLEANED ONCE IN 5 DAYS NO CLEAN TOWELS BIN WAS EMPTIED ONCE PLUMBING WAS A JOKE WAS THAT BAD I HAD TO GO AND STAY WITH FAMILY ONE OF THE NIGHTS BECAUSE NO FOOD HAD TO ORDER FROM TAKE AWAYS IN SHEERNESS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FALSE PHOTOS ON WEBSITE PLACE BADLY RUN DOWN NOT FIT FOR 1 STAR

The badly patched up holes in doors, poor quality furniture, absolutely diabolical mattresses, fixtures & fittings finishes are poor like cracking rusty paint on radiators. I had to leave my son unattended to go back to discuss the way to get him back into the hotel because the wheelchair accessible door was locked at 10pm…. We were there to celebrate a birthday (party) I had to talk the owner into letting us come in via the dining room fire escape. I could say more, but they’re fairly nice people so I won’t.

Honestly, not much but it was near to the party venue.

As a couple we booked a double bed and got 2 singles beds on the day when arrived was advised the place is fully booked and this is the only room they have, to be honest having a gap in the bed and the bed moving doesn’t sleep at all. They should have just cancelled the booking and not taken it. Mattress wasn’t that comfortable No heating on at all No food at the place as they redoing up the restaurant Was a strong smell coming from upstairs rooms Banging from the rooms Few party’s in the rooms Can’t really complain for the money to be honest.

To be honest the staff and hotel manager was great 100% great service, unfortunately we didn’t get to the the spa and other facilities on the day won’t be able to comment about them.

I booked a deluxe twin room! Went we got there there was only one single bed and there was nothing deluxe about the room and would of liked a cooked breakfast choice, we payed £85 for this room and was not happy as we had 1 single beds, then at 7 o’clock this morning the fire alarm went off

The bathroom was dirty it had someone else’s hair up the walls Was unable to use the spa as it was broken when I asked about the man on reception told me it was g for the guest to use. We have stayed there before and used it to ourself and was told it comes in with the price of the room so I was lied to by the man on the front desk. We had a double bed with a single quilt put in a double cover so most of the night I had no cover how stupid is that or maybe trying to save money
