Nothing to dislike, apart from the bathroom could do with a little tlc to bring it to the standard of the rest of the property. Apart from that it was really good place to stop.

Lovely room itself, bathroom okay. The pub itself had such an interesting interior. Well worth a visit even for a coffee stop. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking space. Good location for visiting local attractions. We didn’t have time for breakfast but they very kindly gave us a takeaway drink. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Some of the younger staff weren't particularly helpful.

Small double room without a view, although considering the hotel was on a main road, being at the back meant we didn't have road noise. Continental breakfast was excellent and was all we needed. Full English breakfasts were served from 9.00 am and were charged extra, which seemed quite unusual. We ate in the restaurant, but was quite a limited menu.

Some soap or hand-wash would be useful in bathroom. More choice for the breakfast.

Clean, spacious apartment. Plenty of drinks. very little noise. Helpful, friendly staff. Great themed restaurant right next door, with reasonably priced food and fast service. Not too busy. Ease of check in.

The breakfast provided was continental however, some more variety would have been preferred, and at the price I think a cooked breakfast could have been included in the cost. Self-serve coffee machine wasn't working properly and wasn't great when it did, however we eventually offered filter coffee which was ok. The breakfast provided was still decent and included fresh-from-the-oven croissants.

Family room was excellent with beds located upstairs as well as on the ground floor. This meant we could put our child to bed and still have the downstairs area to use in the evening. Evening meals were good quality and the staff were all very helpful and kind. The pub is a regular meeting spot for car and motorbike enthusiasts, who were all very friendly and kind with my inquisitive 5 year old boy, who loved looking at the sports cars and bikes in the car park!

The room had an unpleasant smell from the bathroom pipes I think, which was masked by very strong room fragrance.

The location was perfect- several minutes away from Stratford. Continental breakfast was included and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The bed was big and comfortable.

Breakfast was very basic, just toast and croissants. Would have been good to have some ham and cheese etc.

Loved everything about the place. Room was very big, and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The theme of the hotel / pub was automotive which really worked well. Staff were friendly, and the food was really good. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast was a bit meagre, could have done with fresh fruit sliced and berries. Packets of Alpen would have been good.

Booked with breakfast which turned out to be continental with an extra charge for cooked. Normally this would be fine but the Continental was a let down No cooked meats, no cheeses. Just a very bland and uninteresting experience. Also check out tried to charge me when booking.com had already taken the money.

There weren’t enough toiletries . It would be great to have shampoo & conditioner. Shower gel & soap for both the shower & the hand basin. I would also change white toilet brushes for black ones , as ours had seen better days, and a black one wears better. (Just an observation )

The setting is beautiful & all the staff were very welcoming & helpful. We loved the outside “booths” with the music & the twinkle lights. It was a really lovely experience.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room was clean, comfortable & spacious. The complimentary continental breakfast was more than sufficient for us with plenty of choice. Having the option to have a meal in The Piston Club was also very convenient.

We had a dog friendly family room. We stayed with our 2x children. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The room is quiet, considering it's on the road.

Honestly there was nothing. If I had to say anything then it would be that it’s not walking distance to anywhere but it’s literally an 8 min taxi ride into Stratford!!

Perfect location, close to Stratford, above a lovely pub with amazing food. Rooms were lovely and there was a great selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits! Unfortunately we had to check out early so we couldn’t enjoy the stay for as long as we wanted but we will defo be coming back!
