The only criticism, a small shelf/ dish in the shower cubicle to put your shower gel etc on.

Great choice ordered for the following morning. Lots of choice. I had a full English which definitely hit the spot.

Andre and Ana were amazing hosts. The breakfast of delicious continental meats and fresh fruits, pastries, interesting cereals and varied cooked breakfast menu made the start to the morning an occasion. They were both very caring and friendly hosts. Our room was immaculate and the wee fridge in the room a bonus. The location was great. You could catch the water taxi from the neighbouring property and be dropped off at Waters Edge on the return trip; or alternatively take a 5 minute drive to town. Waters Edge was very quiet and peaceful and the various wildlife that we saw just made this visit

Nothing really, cannot fault them

Host are excellent, couldn't ask for better. Breakfast brilliant and room clean and comfortable. This is a return visit and will be going again next trip to Stratford.

A lovely little B&B a 20 minute walk from Stratford Town centre. The hosts were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble with some nice added touches to the room. Breakfast exceeded expectations, lots of options on the menu to sort all different tastes and an excellent continental breakfast to help yourself too as well as your cooked breakfast.

Just to say that the bathroom sink though very nice to look at does make you wet due to its design but this is a small price to pay as staying is such a pleasant experience … so forewarned is forearmed!

A lovely quiet comfortable large room in our case a twin with enough room to sit and chat in. Fantastic choice of breakfast Friendly hosts with nice guests

Cannot think of anything that could be improved

A lovely location with attractive gardens running down to the water's edge. It was an excellent base for all the Stratford attractions - close enough for us to walk, but also with the delightful option of taking the water taxi to the town centre. The hosts really tried hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible - friendly and attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. Our room overlooked the garden and river and was very comfortable and quiet and well-stocked with tea, coffee, water, biscuits toiletries etc. The house with very interesting with some beautiful artwork in all the rooms. Breakfast was simply remarkable - fresh fruit and a wide range of hot and cold choices each morning with locally sourced ingredients, and presented beautifully. We loved staying here - so glad we chose the Waters Edge.

Basin in bathroom too shallow and cold tap impossible to turn. Need more practical basin and taps - impossible to fill kettle. No full fat milk for cereal at breakfast. Room decor in Black Twilight room would not have been to our taste.

Good sized bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Riverside location.

Fabulous location with great hosts and an amazing breakfast that would put most 5 star hotels to shame. Loved sitting having a sundowner on the private deck by the river.

The room was a little small, but had an excellent view. Due to the size there was no chair or stool to sit on.

Breakfast was excellent and the owners were very accommodating. The view of the river from our room was stunning.

There is nothing not to like.

The property is well situated with both an element of seclusion and easy access to town. Set in well maintained garden surrounds, this property is a delight. The inside boasts high quality fixtures and fittings, with carefully curated decor. Each room is themed and finished to an exceptional standard. Our hosts were friendly and happy to share tips about things to do and see, to help us make the most out of our stay. The breakfasts supplied were delicious and filling - be prepared to loosen your belt a few notches! We had a delightfully pleasant stay and would highly recommend the experience to anyone else.
