The bunks were comfy but lacking in one thing (a privacy curtain) which is nice to have in hostels offering mixed dorms. Otherwise clean and comfy

Toilets are good, however sink too small Showers are spacious, but they all splill on the floor Floor in the corridors are bit squeaky, which can be annonying during the night

The location of this hostel is absolutely amazing! I have stayed here before and went back because of the location. It is very close to the Victoria train and coach stations, lots of local buses and the tube. The neighbourhood is very beautiful. The rooms are practical, although I would not recommend for a long stay as they are a bit small and do not have that much room for suitcases. The bathrooms are fine, although there are not many bathrooms for the number of guests so usually there is a bit of a wait. The staff were nice and the pub is nice too.

10 / 12 beds room are so uncomfortable There is no space to stand up from a bed to the one up No curtain to have privacy , no personal light . The room wasn’t appropriate for more then 6 beds

It is a little loud at night and in the morning either people slamming doors. A little wait on the shower room but not too bad.

Really nice food, friendly staff and super close to the coach station. 24/7 bar and reception service.

Not very enthusiastic staff No leeway in checking in earlier than 2pm after arriving in London at 7.30am Stairs and fire doors make carrying luggage to room difficult Bathroom designs mean floors are almost always covered in water from showers

The place was in a good location for us as we needed to be at the coach station early morning. It is also an easy bus/tube ride for sight seeing: Westminster Abbey, etc. The room was comfortable enough. We only stayed one night.

No shelf for your phone/glasses. If you accidentally push these things down, they can easily fall two meters from the top bunk bed.

£7.50 TO **HIRE** A TOWEL!!!??!? Absolutely Disgusting. There is no way in this world you can tell me that's reasonable. Wash rooms a good idea but there aren't nearly enough for the size of the place/potential number of people staying. Bar underneath lovely but food is pricey and they don't give you plates, my food came in takeaway packaging even though they saw I was sitting in. Not very environmentally friendly, guys.

Location is great, quiet and only a 5-10 min walk to Victoria stations. Beds really comfy. Handy that they provide stand-up lockers in the rooms (other places have under-bed ones and I'm not keen on them) although they are too small and you need to bring your own padlock. Staff were nice and friendly.

Fantastic location and great value for a last minute trip to London. Luigi at reception is great : polite and helpful. The bar is friendly and authentic.

4 out of 6 of the washrooms were locked so there were queues to have a shower or use the toilet. This was very frustrating.

Lovely dorms and comfy beds with a bit of privacy. Love the pub reception and nice staff.
