I couldn't get shower to work properly, it was firstly nuclear hot and when I figured out how to change the temperature it went icy cold! At least it woke me up. A sign saying how to use it would have helped :-) The pillows were very large and pretty hard. I prefer softer thinner ones, but perhaps that's personal preference. Maybe you could put some alternatives in wardrobe?

The location and convenience of check in and check out was fab. I never met any staff. Very good value for money for location.

The only issue I found was with the shower and the temperature being cold or hot. If I had some more time to play around with the settings I may have been able to fix this but the dial seemed to just spin a lot.

Key was left for me so access was simple. The room was perfect for my 1 night stay and I would return should I have business there again.

I never saw anyone and only got my phone answered when calling to be let in. The wifi code was not immediately visible. The windows were not sealed and cold air was coming in through all sides. The Vishnu and Buddha’s everywhere were a turn off for me personally, if that’s your faith by all means enjoy it but it was too much for me and kinda freaks me out tbh.

The property is very central to everything, the outside is appealing and it has good lighting from the outside was appealing.

They don't seem to turn on the central heating until 6:00 a.m. I wanted to have a shower and start my day at 5:00 a.m, so I was forced to have a cold shower. I realise energy prices are expensive and you're trying to run a business, but it's a hotel, that shouldn't be my problem.

Reception seemed to be a surprised on arrival We weren’t made aware of any Breakfast Options . So made an alternative arrangement for breakfast The heating seemed to be stuck on full blast as adjusting the radiator down on the thermostat made no difference. We had to resort to having the window open all night just to bring the temperature down to a bearable level. The other niggle was the sink was missing a plug.

On arrival, the door was locked and no message on the door so, rang the contact number on booking.com and was let in by a buzzer system and told where to find my key. It would be nicer to have somewhere there during check in time. I only stayed as my boiler was broken and I wanted a shower, I live locally, but the shower did not work! At first no water and the shower head was taped on. Then after turning on the tap on the sink, the shower worked but scalding hot. Tried turning temp knob but it came off in my hand. Not great when I only stayed there to have a shower!

No one available when checking in at 4.00pm. Rang bell several times before having to call hotel directly. The bathroom was really cramped. Bed linen torn and only one bath and hand towel supplied for two people. Room had a musty smell could be improved by an air freshener. We expected more as we had booked a deluxe room.

Horrible, loud noise - possibly from the radiator - for about 2 hours at about 2am meant I didn't sleep.

Someone was painting and making noise at 8am on Sunday I thought this was terrible as I wanted to sleep in one time in the week was very annoyed

Lovely rooms and comfortable beds. The lights/ electricity wasn’t working when we first arrived but the owner immediately came round & sorted it out.

Some furnishings need uodating but this didn't spoil my stay. There's no lift ( but helped on arrival with heavy luggage).

Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. A lovely welcome and able to check in early. Easy to extend stay Comfortable and clean room. Slept very well. Convenient location. Car park.

No lift ( but staff willingly help with luggage ). Some furnishings are jaded and showing their age.

Able to check in early without difficulty. Very warm welcome. Lovely helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Clean and comfortable en suite room. Very close to Wimbledon. Car park. Good value for the price!

Bell not answered when I arrived at arranged time. Had to find contact number to call to be let in. (I was given an apology the next morning and told that I should have been sent a text to explain change to agreed process.) Could not get any cold water from taps during the evening (was ok the next morning). Luckily I had spotted a bag of bottled water on the lower ground floor and helped myself! (I was told the next morning that this was for residents, but no indication of this that I could see.)
