You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was clean, but the mattress on the bed was far too soft and I’d say needs replacing! The mixer on the shower is broken, so the water is far too hot.

United KingdomIt felt tired, and the room had a strange musty smell. Just a few fixings were not so good, at reception another guest complained that their toilet would not flush. The room had tired furniture, however the mattress was comfortable and the room was clean.
It was okay for one night, but it is not somewhere I would travel to again. I think for £103 I would expect something nicer for the money. I liked that there was plenty of parking and it was easy to locate

United KingdomApollo website said they have a restaurant for evening meals and Sunday lunch also advertised on sign outside. Turns out haven't had this facility for over 10 years!! Also our breakfast had been cooked at 7.00am and we breakfasted at 8.00am. So it was tepid and overcooked. Milk was going off and water for coffee and tea tepid.
