Bar and breakfast if busy

Location is spot on and you can just walk everywhere, breakfast is nice but the breakfast room isn’t huge so can be cramped, the bar is not for me as it has no atmosphere and is dull but there are plenty of bars nearby if you’d like a drink. It is on the main road but it wasn’t noisy and I’d definitely stay again

Whole place felt a little dated, but not too badly.

Great car park, room was good if a little dated. Having said that the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was nice. It was also very quiet despite being ground floor, which was much appreciated given the fairly central location of the hotel.

We were initially put in the wrong room, but it was sorted straight away. It was very hot and no air conditioning. They did supply a fan but it was very dusty. The room was basic (as expected with the price) but it was a bit dusty.

Staff were really friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We were initially put in the wrong room but they sorted it ASAP. Great location, a short walk from the town centre. Car park on site. A nice bar area.

On arrivale I went to the ground floor bathroom. It was clean, but the bin that held tissues after you washed your hands was overflowing, waist high bin. My partney neeed to use a toilet on arrival, ... It ws closed, faulty.On night 1 I went to the bathroom, and slipped on the floor, backwards. There was a leak from the plumbing under the bathroom sink. I called reception, and they did come and fix it at nearly midnight. I am still in pain from this.

We was in room 118 and the light from the courtyard was on all night flimsy curtains so didn’t get any sleep whatsoever

A bit disconcerted for having to pay parking as a Hotel guest. I can understand if it was general parking. Our bed had no headboard which meant using the (big) pillows to prop ourselves up.

The location is excellent for a stay over in Stratford as it's a short walk to the centre. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfy. Good bathroom/shower for our requirements. Breakfast was a buffet. We had a full English and it was more than enough!

Breakfast was good and plentiful, the two cooling fans in the room were much appreciated. The room was very clean, comfortable with a good supply of toiletries and hot drinks options. The hotel is in a really good location, very close to the centre of Stratford. The only downside is there is limited parking, so if possible it would good to arrive early. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would thoroughly recommend it.

Room was exceptionally small though, struggled for space to move around. Only mirror in the bedroom area was so high up my wife had to stand on the bed to do my hair and make up. Needs another mirror somewhere else and preferably a full length one. Room was hot and window only opened slightly. Check in was lengthy as only one member of staff on and a queue of people.

The lack of parking was abit annoying but it's not the staffs fault it just a small car park
