The bad weather prevented us from appreciating the location!

An excellent hotel in a beautiful location. We had a spacious bedroom with a large bathroom, although there should be a grab rail in the bath/shower . Breakfast was good although the choice of cereals could have been greater. The evening meal was excellent -good choices, well presented.

Insufficient number of reception staff at key times led to delays on check in, check out and enquiries. Location is cut off by railway line, allow time for delays waiting at level crossing.

Clean, smart, modern spa hotel in a marina location with fine views over Conwy estuary. Reasonable restaurant but quite pricey. Good free parking.

Hotel was overlooking the harbour, our room had a wonderful view and we could see Conwy castle. Room was well decorated and comfy. Had a fridge and tea/coffee essentials. Lots to see and do in the local area. Spa was great. All staff friendly and helpful.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

The room was fantastic and such a beautiful view. Gorgeous surrounding scenery, great facilities, and the staff are absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make mine and my wife's stay an experience to remember. With short notice, they prepared extras for a birthday surprised which made my wife very happy. The staff also called me on several occasions to keep us updated about our spa treatments and even managed to book us both together to make it that more special for me and my wife. 100% will be staying here again and hopefully next time for longer because it felt like a home away from home due to the exceptional staff being so friendly and caring. Many thanks to you all for such a beautiful stay, exceptional hospitality, and great memories.

Not enough pool time for children! Not enough pool and sauna time for adults! Guest's shouldn't need to pay extra to use pool and sauna it should be inclusive in the booking! Especially when you're paying in excess of £500 for 2 nights.

A month before we arrived, we confirmed by email that we were bringing our dog. We then received a phone call on the day of arrival asking if we were bringing a dog. The subsequent check in wasn't straightforward and took longer than usual. At times, staff on the bar weren't very attentive. It's a shame that the pool area can't be used for free at all times as a resident.

We've stayed here before and love the location. Right on the water and walking distance into Conwy. The Deganwy train stop is nearby and makes travel into Llandudno without the car very easy. Breakfast was a real highlight - hot food cooked to order and all staff excellent!

My one singular complaint about the entire experience would be the lack of temperature control in the room - no Air Conditioning or ventilation meant that the room was quite warm most nights.

What an exceptionally beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing, the pool & spa facilities were equivalent to many hotels 4x the price, and the view of the castle from our room was fantastic.

We had a small dog and was charged 50 pounds for two nights stay which I thought was far to expensive for a small dog.
