Door card locks hardly ever worked. Had to keep going to reception to obtain another (which sometimes also didn't work). Bottle of water got jambed in vending machine. Staff not helpful with a refund, but did eventually.

The breakfast was very good. Some staff helpful when requiring extra pillows.

the bar opens at 4 and you can get a drink if you can find the barman he is always on walkabout and we had to get reception to find him a few times, in the end we gave up and went to shop and bought some

Looked on the non- updated website to be advised that breakfast would be served until 9.30am, we went down at 9.15am to be told it was altered to 9am.

Extremely tired and in need of some TLC. The bed and pillows were so hard. The entertainment was going on extremely loudly until midnight, which was in the room below our bedroom.

I booked an extra night prior to a line dance weekend. I sent a message to the property right after booking and asked to stay in the same room for the entire stay but never got an answer. We ended up having to have to change rooms after the first night.

The bar staff seemed not happy with guests when they were ordering drinks... The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

When we checked in we were sent to the third floor to our room, when we opened the door the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. We went back to reception and were given a new room also on the third floor, we went back up and this time couldn't unlock the room, we went down to reception again and we're told the key was fixed and would now work. We went back up to the third floor and the key still didn't work. We went to reception again and got moved to a room on the first floor. The room was ok for the price but it was incredibly hot all night, as we were on the front of the property it was really noisy especially in the morning and we were awake from early due a lorry being parked under our window and noisily moving things into the hotel. It was not a great experience we didn't expect a lot for the cost but the location is pretty far from the central attractions and we really didn't get a good sleep. The hotel is a reflection of Blackpool as a whole it really requires a bit of TLC.

The price was good and the staff were really friendly and helpful especially the lady on reception. The jacuzzi bath in our room was great.

Taking my money when I was taken poorly on the Saturday. I left on the Sunday and didn't even sleep there I asked for my money back but the reception said I could not have my money but back.

Staff were great. Very friendly and worked hard especially at breakfast. My room was a little shabby. Wallpaper was coming away from the wall. Limescale on shower head and taps. Dirty under the soap dish. Bedding was very clean and bed was comfy. WiFi was only available on lower floors. Parking was limited Breakfast had a good selection and the breakfast room was very clean and tidy

Our room was unbearable with the heat, both radiators were on when we arrived, we turned them down and opened the windows before we left, when we returned back the room was still incredibly hot. so much so we left before check out as could not bare to be in the room any longer even though the radiators were turned off the large pipes underneath were still scorching hot.

spacious room for myself and my friend attending an event, staff so friendly on arrival and very accommodating. The room was clean and tidy and located close to where our event was, they offered taxi numbers for us too.
