The heating was on in the room which made it extremely hot.

Breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable, we had tea and coffee facilities (and biscuits!!), it had a fridge too with water in it. The bar was also very nice.

We enjoyed the bat in the evening, great range of beers which was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful location in the castle area. Breakfast very good. Room clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and amenable.

Central position near cathedral., no climbing steep hill. Guest street parking a real bonus cost wise.

Great location, with paid parking directly over the road. 9£ all day. Great food and breakfast. Easy to walk to the cathedral, castle and village. Helpful with our luggage.

Very little ..... TV could have been a bit easier to fathom and (given its SKY box) could have had better channel access. To be honest though - so much to do I barely watched TV anyway! Service for dinner a little slow .... keep an eye out for solo travellers, there's only so much people watching you can do!

Unprepossessing from outside, really nicely done inside. All staff seemed to be on message and with conviction rather than because they had to be. Really good to see capable staff across all generations. Food was good.

A few long hairs on a towel and someone trying to enter our room at 4.20 am, which is certainly not the fault of the hotel even though they were very apologetic.

The room was lovely and quiet with a really comfy bed and a great view. Got to try the restaurant food on this occasion and it was amazing, both evening meal and breakfast. We would always use the Tower Hotel when staying in lincoln as the value for money is spot on.

Vegetarian Breakfast was excellent, good quality and well cooked. The room was nice and very quiet. Fab shower. Great location near the Cathedral and Castle in a very pretty area plenty of little shops, Tea rooms, restaurants and pubs.

Service in the restaurant was slow at breakfast. The room was too hot for our liking despite turning the radiator off. We were asked to leave the key at the reception desk every time we went out but the desk was sometimes unmanned and we felt there was a slight security risk as anyone could have picked the key up.

Excellent location a short walk from the castle and Cathedral. Good food and a comfortable room. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing really. It didn’t have a car park but there’s large a public one directly across the road.

The location was excellent. So close to the historical part of Lincoln. It was obviously the place to be as the atmosphere was very lively. Not in a rowdy way.

Clean, modern hotel in a fantastic location! Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The bed was not that comfortable, and there were not enough plug sockets available to use the lamp provided. However, nothing was a major problem and we enjoyed our stay.

Location was great, as were the staff breakfast, bar, plus our meal in the restaurant. We were also early enough with our check-in to obtain a parking permit for parking outside the hotel. A wonderful couple of nights in a great City.
