We were upgraded to a bigger room. Plenty of space. We used the swimming pool and sauna on one of the days.

Shower was very poor. Low pressure and not warm enough. Room looked tired and dated. Carpet was threadbare, hadn’t been dusted, windows were filthy, no plug sockets next to bed, marks on the ceiling in bathroom, distance from room to bar/reception. No undercover walkthrough so if the weather is poor you would get soaked by the time you got to the bar after having got yourself ready for a night out.

Limited showers in the changing rooms and it was pretty messy and no shower gel left by the time we left there at 8pm ish. The breakfast, although nice, was very limited on the buffet/continental table and annoying that the staff had to serve us the cooked breakfast. It felt a little bit lacking in generosity and abundance (unlike other similarly priced hotels that we’ve stayed in).

The staff were really friendly. The pool is lovely and it was really nice that they let our children in later in the evening as it was quiet and we arrived late. It was also a huge treat for them being allowed in the jacuzzi and sauna!

Nice room with a good view of the tower. Breakfast was nice. Spa was good except there were no showers by the pool side.Location is ok but a good drive out of Swansea city centre. There was no bottled water in the room and was told if we wanted an ice bucket, there would be a charge.There is also a charge for spa robes.

The wooden furniture feels al little dated and no bottes of water upon arrival.other than nothing else was wrong.

My husband and I came to stay due to a passing of a relative. We booked last minute as we were travelling up to Swansea. Upon arrival, we had a warm welcome by the receptionist. Our room was roomful and clean. Nice large towels, little toiletries, tea, coffee sachets.The staff throughout our few days were so caring and friendly. The daily breakfast was so delicious, a large variety of breakfast choices. The breakfast staff were so friendly, polite and helpful We had an evening meal in the restaurant. Our meal was amazing, amazing starter and main meals. Tie waitressing staff were so attentive, friendly and polite. The staff are a real credit to the Tower Hotel. The Tower Hotel is situated in a quiet peaceful location plenty parking space. Highly recommend this hotel 😊

Noisy other guests. Thin walls. Dated decor. Bathroom not clean- toilet yes, bath no - nasty hairs . Expensive for what it is.

The bathroom was grubby and shabby and in need of some general TLC.

I felt that the pathway and steps between the hotel and Spa needed new slabs and the window in room 41 needed replacing as there is condensation between the 2 pieces of glass and the outside window sill needed repainting as it was black with mould. The bathroom door was very hard to close properly.
