Only small snag was the valley has very poor EE signal( not the hotels fault!) so had to email reception as we didn’t have an internal phone in our room and it was too wet to go across there.Good Wi-Fi in the hotel though

As we were staying to attend a wedding at Clearwell castle, we didn’t get to use the facilities of the hotel this time but were impressed with what we saw. The room was fine , plenty of comfy bedding towels etc and nice bathroom

Hard to find fault it’s lovely

The Tudor farm is a thirteenth century building. It retains its charm whilst providing excellent accommodation and fine dining in a pretty village.

Absolutely charming hotel. Rooms are a great standard with a beautifully ensuite, lovely range of products ,extremely comfy and thoughtfully set out wigh fridge and dressing table. Outside is beautifully landscaped with lovely areas to sit outside and enjoy a drin. Resterant serves delicious meals with an extensive wine menu. Delicious breakfast was served in the morning. We received a warm welcome from the staff and the whole hotel site was beautiful. All areas were clean and tidy and tastefully designed. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious!

The staff were so friendly and we loved how quiet the hotel was, we had a room in the main building separate to the main restaurant/bar it was quiet and felt really homey and bespoke even though this wasnt one of the separate cottages, the room is really rustic and cosy. Its the perfect place to unwind and switch off

Booking differed from that which was made, twins that were asked for were available at the hotel and confirmed along with Garden view, neither were provided for stay.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Welcoming and cosy atmosphere. Nice to have a choice of seating (different areas and rooms) for Dinner and Breakfast. Fine dining, quality produce and superb freshly cooked breakfast.

We loved everything about our stay, except it was a little hot and the only windows that opened in our room were on the ceiling. Be that as it may, we loved our stay. The food was fantastic and the accomodations very comfortable.

Everything! Attention to detail was exceptional: fluffy towels, flannels including a make-up remover one, cotton wool balls, cotton buds, bathrobes, hand wash, body wash and lotion, and shampoo and conditioner. Water and milk in the fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and TV. Late check-out.

Would of loved an option for nibbles because we arrived late and missed dinner but was slightly peckish. They had cocktails & posh crisps however maybe a little tapas would of been nice.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Fresh, local food made to 5 ⭐️ quality. Amazing staff! Clean, cosy, safe and picturesque. Products in room beautiful. Home made biscuits. Friendly staff. Warm scones. Home grown veg, local honey, eggs from their chickens. Honestly the best place!
