W could hear everybody on the corridor, the door while locking have been extremely loud. There was some marks on the ceiling. Very small room and there was a lot of condensation on the windows from the bathroom.

Clean bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Nice size bathroom . Everything was clean . Nice Tv, and other ammenities. Good idea to give complimentary drink for a day without houskeeping.

As always, in any hotel I stay in, I would like more milk and in larger containers. A lot of packaging for very little milk. Not ideal for the environment.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I got Patrick’s name but the other gentlemen whose names I didn’t get, were great too. Room was clean and very good value for money. Facilities were good eg. plenty of coffee, ironing board. The location was perfect for me. Warm powerful shower too!

Not very much atmosphere.

Extra breakfast english/continental 10 £ good value for money. Efficient, clean rooms in quiet surroundings. Friendly, professional staff. Walking distance to central parrs of Manchester, including Piccadilly station.

It felt like the toilet wasn’t securely fastened to the wall.

Staff a bit slow to arrive for check in. Weird annoying flashing lights of fire/smoke alarm in the room directly above the bed, could be very annoying if you are a light sleeper (thankfully I am not!)

Cheap central hotel, ensuite, tiny room but you're just here to sleep right? Comfy bed and quiet location especially if in interior facing room. The pendulum inside is quite cool! Breakfast excellent.

The lifts were weird . Would press the button to open the doors, and the doors on the other lift would open instead .

Close to the city centre . Place was clean and comfortable . Staff were great .

Very compact. Went to the bar when we 1st got there and the table was dirty and a few still had empty plates on them even when the bar was empty. Dirty glass and the window sills and around the edges of the floor were filthy. Put us off drinking/eating in there, so went into the city instead. Also, the curtains in our room were splattered with something and when we looked out the window there were a pair of dirty underwear on the roof outside.

The double bed was a bit small for two people. And there were no sockets to plug in the phone near the bed.

We chose this hotel for the location and the breakfast included in the reservation. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and some vegan options too available upon request. Room was clean as was the hotel in general

Whilst it is central, it is slightly off the beaten track and away from the main attractions. The street is a bit deserted, which could put people off walking back after dark.

Staff were friendly, and met expectations at the price.
