Having to leave!

Really nice character house with updated rooms. Mine was upgraded to a junior suite which had pretty much full kitchen facilities, separate bedroom, couch on lounge with tv's in both areas. The hosts are lovely and welcoming and leave enough food for breakfast but lasted us the whole 4 days we were there inc an omelette for dinner one evening. Lovely spot out a Bouley Bay with buses that will drop you off at the door.

Undercliff Guest House was perfect! Nothing to dislike! Jersey roads are scarily narrow tho...take a small car!

Spectacular location with superb hosts. Lovely rooms with a fantastic continental breakfast for the first day. Looking forward to staying again.

There was really nothing not to dislike.

Great room, really good views situated just minutes from the sea in one of the best bays in Jersey. The room was well laid out, plenty of space and the kitchen contained all the essentials. There was also plenty of off road parking.

Nothing - it was ideal for us.

A very peaceful and quiet location. The junior suite that we had was in excellent condition, well equipped and comfortable. There was a bus service that came past the hotel but it wasn’t very frequent so we would advise using a car. A continental breakfast pack was supplied for the first day but was sufficiently generous to last two days. An excellent M&S food shop is ten minutes drive away in St Johns, along with a restaurant/pub. The local village has another pub and small village shop.

We enjoyed the swimming pool, however it wasn't as well kept as it could have been and could be cleaner.

The first mornings free breakfast was everything you could want. The owners went all out and got decaf coffee pods for the coffee machine. We were in a Junior Suite which was fabulous. It was far more than I expected. Good sized kitchenette, huge bedroom area and a living/dining area. The en-suite was great too. The whole suite was fresh and well kept. The bed was really comfortable and massive. It said garden view but hey we could see the sea too. Bouley Bay is a bit remote but we managed to see all the island by bus and enjoyed plenty of walking.

I would have liked a couple of coat hooks on the back of the door. The car park was over the road which made it a little difficult for my husband who couldn’t walk very far and also for unpacking and packing the car.

Excellent welcome pack with everything we could possibly need for our first night and breakfast. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and quiet surroundings.

For a self catering property we missed a small stove top to prepare a meal. We were limited to microwave meals. The bathroom was very hot due to the heater being on. I suspect the purpose is to dry the bath towels, but on a hot summer day the heat in such a small room is quite overwhelming.

Beautiful guesthouse set on a hill overlooking Bouley Bay. We had a wonderful view of the bay and cliffs, and of the property’s beautiful garden. The owners are very friendly and helpful, full of tips for activities and interesting information about local events. The kitchenette has all the basics needed for a short stay. The property is also very clean and well kept.

Location great. Just a short walk to the sea. Room clean and comfortable with good facilities. Friendly hosts. The gardens are beautiful and the pool nice and warm.

Beautiful location with beautiful views. The room was stunning and absolutely spotless. We did have to wait on arrival for our room but as this was due to the owner wanting to inspect the room following the cleaners being in we coulsnt complain

It’s a little out of the way but that was only a slight issue because we didn’t have a car. The bus stop is literally 2 minutes from the property and buses are super reliable.

Not much to say here, except we set off the fire alarm cooking toast but easily remedied. Swimming pool has two steps, which found difficult to get out of pool, but only due to depth between steps and personal disability. It is enjoyable for a relaxing swim.

Self catering. Fresh fruit assortment and breakfast ample provided for breakfast next day. Lasted longer! Good washing up facility, microwave easy to use, toaster, kettle and coffee maker with pods provided. Room and shower room had plenty of character, with oak beams and unexpected fireplace, with imitation fire for cosiness if required. Clean and tidy. Enormous comfortable double bed. Large wardrobe and hangers, hairdryer. Plenty of electric points and lighting choice. Friendly and helpful owners. Outdoor heated swimming pool.
