The shower in one of the family rooms was a little small, making it difficult to manoeuvre, but that was the only negative.

Sue made us all extremely welcome and looked after us making sure we had everything we needed. Location was excellent. Close to the seafront and shops. The property was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a choice of cereals and cooked English breakfast

There is no parking space provided by the hotel, off street parking on the road can be used if space is available.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The hosts Sue and Duncan are very nice and helpful.

Sue and Duncan were incredible hosts! I arrived late with my toddler after a train delay and Sue could not have been more accommodating :) The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is great and the breakfast was delicious! Can't fault the place and we're looking forward to our next visit!

We felt very very welcome. There was always a friendly chat, advice on things to see (if wanted) and such. A full english breakfast was prepared for us every morning if we wanted and Sue would always remember our special requests. :-) Everything is in easy reach. The family room was comfortable and furnished with good quality things and very cozy.

Excellent location near the train and bus station as we went by public transport Very friendly staff / owner, who went out of her way to please, e.g. added Devon speciality of white / hogs pudding for breakfast On last day after checkout gave us access to a room with toilet before our train home. There was a guest fridge which was very helpful.

Return again Lovely hotel , in every way, nothing was too much trouble, the hotel was spotless, proper home from home , We were met on arrival by the owners sue and Duncan , taken to our room, which was lovely, breakfast was wonderful,sue and maddie served breakfast, we had all we wanted, will definitely return.
