The shower was overflowing in the bathroom. The food in the hotel is really substandard.

The club room was excellent, huge bed, very comfortable. The swimming pool and spa were also very enjoyable, Friday evening was great, but Saturday morning was far too busy.

The self check in on arrival was very confusing and time consuming for a group booking. After a few hours of travel and meetings we were all very keen to get to our rooms, and as mentioned above the process was drawn out and time consuming.

The staff were very helpful during our stay, advising on places to eat and helping us book taxis. The pool & leisure facilities were great, very clean, inviting and easy use. It was much appreciated during a very busy working trip.

The bedroom was OK, nothing special but not bad either. The food was average and seriously overpriced for the standard, I expected a better meal for what I paid.

The staff were very friendly, approachable and happy, they were a real credit to the business. I spent some time in the bar area which was comfortable, lots of screens and generally very good. The location for me was also excellent.

Radiator in the room was out of order so the room was cold. Garbage bin from previous guest in bedroom was not emptied. Not enough tissues in bathroom.

Lack of detail. No water in rooms. Nowhere in the bathrooms to hang wet towels . Noisy pool, jacuzzi not working.

I thought that the price for the room was a bit on the high side (we stay in hotels in this area quite often so are in a postion to compare).

Room was not cleaned daily. Even they did not wash/replace the tea cups in the room. Also the breakfast was cold and very limited options, not worth the money. I believe they didn't give me the room I paid for. The room I was given had the most inconvenient wash basin and all the water was leaking on the floor. I'd not stay again.

Although generally clean, there was some aspects that could be addressed. There was dust on the furniture in our room and it around the Bath plug mechanism was particularly grimy. The washbasin was cracked

Friendly and helpful staff made the stay pleasant. The room was quiet despite the hotel having a busy gym and spa facility. It is a hotel convenient to the M4 and also to the city and other Welsh attractions.

Room cleanliness wasn’t the best, dirty carpets, blinds, door frames all destroyed not maintained. Gives a bad feeling of level of cleanliness and makes the feel of being in the room less hygienic. TV was locked off so Netflix and other possible channels were restricted leaving me to have to watch on my phone. Paying for a car park for guests seems greedy, outside members understandable

Food very dry and blaned Different prices between bars Drink prices not consistent ie bought double vodka and red bull costing £9.60 then when purchased a second double vodka and redbull served by another member of staff and was charged 12.60 for the same drink. Toilet seat was lose in our room and ceiling stained and needed painting.
