Televisions in the bar were very loud obviously aimed at men as only sport or news on When eating it would be nice to hear the person your with so perhaps a quieter dinning area would be nice

Convenient location for the event we were attending. Great facilities. Food was very good and reasonably priced for a hotel. Room was clean and well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

With the price of the hotel, I would have expected parking and use of the facilities to be included. Only other issue was the TV did not work in our room.

Overall, we were pleased with the hotel.

No quiet place to sit and have dinner. Could hear the guy in the bathroom next door blowing his nose- weeing etc. Not noisy otherwise.

Car park was flooded in sections and the gym users tend to park wherever is convenient for them, blocking disabled space access and crossings.

Good clean room, check in and out was easy. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast extremely poor. At 8.30 there was very little left! Very little choice. Also, The quality of the wine is really for quality. I have written this before.

Room was very warm at night even with ac on. This was easily resolved by switching ventilation off and opening window. Bar seemed short staffed around tea time with only one girl who seemed under pressure. Wasn’t too long before she was joined by another staff member.

Room smelt of damp & stains from damp (Room 114). Breakfast was cold coming out of the kitchen (tomatoes & mushrooms). If we were staying more than 1 night we would have complained. We stay every year for same event. Needs to improve in these areas.

I liked the hotel overall, it is nice clean and tidy wished I could of booked in a little earlier as had to get a uber back to check in then go out again. Didn't use the pool as was late getting up Exceptionally comfy bed

I had planned to eat at the hotel in the evening, however on being informed that there would be a wait of between 60 and 90 mins for food I declined - for me this was quite a negative as there is very limited choice for eating outside the hotel.

Room was a good size, clean and well decorated - bed was generous and very comfortable.

The room was pretty high priced for just a standard room and the signal is terrible. Having to pay to park isn’t great either when you already pay to stay at the property

A little tired in places. Some water damage to bathroom door frame in our room. No room service during our stay, maid just dropped off towels. Restaurant was somewhat unclean. Had to ask for table to be wiped and the floor hadn’t been mopped in a good while. Some difficulties in processing restaurant vouchers we’d purchased which made us very uncomfortable - like they thought se were trying to pull a fast one!

Good price, convenient parking, ease of access to motorway network.

The bed seemed old. Very uncomfortable and had backache as it was sunken in areas. Pillows were awful, like big bricks. I've stayed in village hotels alot over the years and the beds and pillows have always been great. Felt like they were old and needed replacing.
