The staff told us they would offer us a discounted price for our 2 young kids for the breakfast the other day when we checked in, but the restaurant didn't notice and said they needed to charge full price until I got assistance from the receptionist. It was sorted eventually. However, there are rooms to improve between departments.

The location is great which is very close to the local attractions for us. Friendly staff.

The location is a little off the beaten track, so you need a car / taxi to go anywhere unless you are an avid walker

The food and facilities are very good and if you use their rewards app its even better 👌

Overall nice hotel with good facilities. Food was good in the bar. Always good having a Starbucks in the hotel.

1. Couldn't correct my email address at automated check in and had to ask for assistance. 2. After check in, went to the bar at 23:07 to find that it had closed at 23:00. Not hotel standard. 3. No glasses in room, just two mugs. 4. No rail for hand towel in bathroom.

Not much but one of my mugs in the room had coffee stains in the mug and on the spoon.

Free parking Friday to Sunday is a real bonus. Facilities on site including good choice on menu. Bed was very comfortable

The room was comfy. Pool was great especially as it had a lane set aside for proper swimming. Restaurant was good food was lovely

The room I stay in was clean and tidy the shower tray could do with re sealing around it as it was coming away The food was ok nothing to write home about, there was a few of us that stayed there and decided to eat there we ordered and half the food came out and then the other half followed plus some of the food was missing and took too long to arrive could have been more organised Some of bar staff looked like they didn’t want to be

The bar was full of men when we arrived, (boxing was on the TV), they were very loud and it was quite intimidating.

The room did smell like somebody had been smoking in the room and we did report it. We also had to ask for some hand towels and shower Matt. Room had 4 bath sheet towels. You provided a credit for breakfast for us. Thanks.

Free parking, food and drink facilities onsite. Easy access. Room nice.

having to provide a debit card for pre-authorization for any charges i may put on room, simple stop this and make people pay for any extras/bar bill and food at point of purchase. I did stay at premier Inn last stay as i had charges put on my room account that wasn't me, thankfully the staff acted swiftly the following in morning and issued a credit, but i was still out of pocket by £67 for 3 days.

The bathroom wasn’t clean on high standard, you can see dirt around and mirror was very dusty. The room was clad so for a bit you had to stay in your coat and wait for heating up the room. Facilities like pool and gym you have to pay £5 per person to get access.

Lots of near by places like Starbucks or grill bar.
