Heating did not work, hotel provided us with a plug in heater to help warm the room up.

It was packed on Saturday very noisy with a conference very very busy with them. Sunday we went for a swim early any that was uncomfortable as busy with regular serious swimmers taking up the pool and felt awkward to disturb them .

Initially I was put in a room very close to the pool, there was a cupboard next to my room that was very loud - I can only assume it was ventilation for the pool or something. When I asked staff for some earplugs they supplied them and also offered to change my room. I took them up on the offer after the noise was still audible through the plugs.

Bed was comfortable, location ideal and the staff were very helpful.

Very very minimal for the price. As we found out after our stay we could have stayed somewhere significantly cheaper that has its own facilities etc so for the money paid it was a bit disappointing to not even have a biscuit in the room!

The rooms were very modern and looked very nice. Comfortable the staff were helpful. Check in and out was very easy and they were able to check me in earlier which helped a lot!

Glass & wine bottles & waste left in the hall ways. Bye people need bins or someone having a walk around clean that up. Look untidy.

Very clean, easy to get to check inn, and out. Room temperature was okay bed was massive. View was of top of the building but not bothered about that was out in town most of the night good sleep. Quiet hall ways no bang doors to early morning.

Reception area very busy with local gym users so couldn’t easily tell how to check in. Breakfast and service We were told just to find a table but couldn’t tell what was and wasn’t dirty Staff not very helpful but appeared to be very short in staff members. Left to sort ourselves out involving clearing and cleaning a table to use although restaurant was less than 50% in use.

Have stayed here on several occasions. The staff are excellent and bar area is great to watch sport. It's the only place I'll stay in Warrington now.

Communal spaces (corridors/lifts) could have been cleaner. Staff on check out unhelpful and rude. Limited still drinks in the bar.

Good facilities, rooms clean. Staff welcome really nice. Great customer service prior to arrival via phone call.

There weren't any glasses in the room. The gym wasn't the best, the focus was on cardio and machines rather than free weights. It was a bit cramped in there.
