Rooms were warm and the bed is comfy.

We've only tried the superior lodges which are comfortable and clean, but a little old fashioned and dated without being run down. Reminds me of the old Butlins style

Warrens village is very quiet and set in spacious grounds. We like the fact it never seems overcrowded. There's plenty to do in the area and some fantastic walks. The staff are polite and really helpful. The on site restaurant food is quite impressive and good value

I can't think of anything - no frills but you know that when you book.

Room exactly as advertised and larger than expected. Large fridge not a mini-one. Good news. Proper Yorkshire teabags not 'catering' tasteless ones. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. En-suite bathroom (with actual bath). Can't comment on breakfast as we ate with family elsewhere. Parking directly outside the chalet. Very quiet overnight. Great value for Clevedon and will use again.

Beautiful peaceful place, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return and absolutely recommend. The cabin/room was very spacious, warm, clean and so comfortable. We were extremely happy with our stay but wish we stayed longer.

The actual chalets, especially the lodges could do with some TLC (Tender loving care) as they are starting to look tired, inside and out. Also, the lodge we stayed in had a mattress that was well passed its best comfort wise, was surprisingly dusty and had some plumbing issues (washer on cold tap is on its way out).

The location is quiet and surrounded by lovely countryside which is very relaxing. The onsite amenities are excellent, including a laundrette. The village layout is also very good as you do not hear noise from the other guests, which is a result. Overall... Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights R and R.

Almost bare room, with only one drawer. Not even a drinking glass provided. And the advertised 'view' was of chalets a patch of grass!

Comfortably heated. Plenty of hot water. Quiet.

Nothing, it was priced well for what it is

The semi-d cabins were basic but functional and clean. The bar and restaurant had an old-school 90’s feel which isn’t for everyone, but we loved it. Pool, darts TV and ham egg and chips with a pint. Home made pie was flavoursome.

The internet was intermittent unfortunately but just about adequate for what we needed. A toilet brush, a couple of water glasses and some shampoo would have been a great addition.

Accommodation was very clean, warm, quiet and comfortable. Parking was next to the room. The staff were helpful, very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for two nights in early March and it was excellent value for money.

Shower taps a problem, cheap tap unit causes regular problems apparently. Check out at 10.00am a bit early but by paying £20 extra one can stay til 14h. Site ideal for short stays.

Good heating, comfy beds, teamaking facilities . Shower over bath with handrail so safe for people with stability problems.

Perhaps it was just ours, but I think the mattress was in desperate need of an upgrade. We could feel every spring and it was quite uncomfortable the first night. We grabbed a spare duvet though and put that down for a bit of padding and then it was fine for the rest of the weekend.

The room was nice and warm on arrival and clean. Great location from Clevedon centre and it was lovely and quiet. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast at the restaurant in the morning and staff were very friendly.

The shower flow and temperature were difficult to get just how I like it; my friend paid the same price as me but got a larger, more comfortable room

The clean and tidy rooms; the staff were very helpful and friendly; the breakfasts we picked up in Angelina's were superb and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to factor breakfast into their stay there. The fishing lake is also recommended
