We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt could benefit from double glazing, as traffic can be noisy, but it wasn’t a big problem.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a double bed and a single bed in a separate attached room. I had my bike with me and the hotel stored it for me in their basement when I wasn’t using it. This was really helpful. It’s a quirky hotel (in a good way) and reminded me of some of the really good Youth Hostels I used to stay in with communal facilities (pool table, honesty bar etc)

Right in the sea from and a short walk to the centre shopping mall and cinema etc. Lots of little extras are provided, like a breakfast bag, lounge with pool table, fridge with wine and beer, snacks that you can help yourself to and 24 staff at reception. We will DEFINITELY be returning to West Rocks.

Fabulous location. Very comfortable bed. The ‘side’ sea view was excellent. They also gave us a breakfast bag which was unexpected and a nice touch.

United KingdomOne of the windows seemed to not be properly closed, letting in some cold air, and we couldn’t manage to move it to try and close it further. Ended up using a towel to cover the part where the cold was coming from and the heating in the room was on, so we spent the night well.
The staff were very welcoming and also gave us an upgraded room with sea view at no extra charge as there was availability. There were also lots of complimentary chocolates, biscuits, sweeties and even a takeaway breakfast bag in the morning. Breakfast included orange juice, croissants with butter and jam, yoghurts and fruit - the room did not advertise that breakfast would be included so it was definitely a great surprise. All of this made our experience extremely nice! Would definitely recommend.

The location of this hotel is simply perfect. With its breathtaking view of the sea and charming embankment, I couldn't look away. Moreover, the staff's friendliness and helpfulness greatly enhanced my experience. They provided us with a map, offering valuable recommendations for exploring the area, including excellent dining options and notable attractions nearby. Additionally, the convenience of the car park, priced at only 2 pounds per day when booked through the hotel, or free of charge for those with a blue badge, was a pleasant surprise. The elevator was especially convenient for my grandmother, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
