Canteen at the reception or somewhere to eat.

I like the room , the bathroom was neat and most especially the lamp behind the bed and the socket. Will always visit any time I pass by. Is such a nice place with a serene environment.

Storage boxes in the room could be improved, and if I remember correctly the floor was a bit squeaky so it was hard to stay silent when I checked in at night. But that's just neat picking and definitely not a deal breaker.

Amazing staff and very clean, nice beds and showers! Mattress was very comfortable and with rubbery cover which means definitely no bed bugs, bed linen was crispy clean and soft.

The noise was absolutely ridiculous I've never know noise like it in a hostel if they got this under control I would of gave this hostel a 10/10 I will definitely return I just hope the noise will be sorted next time. Also the shower was freezing.

It was by far the cleanest hostel I've stayed in, in London and I've stayed in about 10 diffrent ones. Lockers are great in room and the USB charger port and light near bed are good.

Wasn’t all that clean, beds were clean however.

Was perfect just to go back and sleep. Kids found it exciting and different to where would usually stay. Staff were fine

the only problem is that the facilities are mostly old. every door of every room and closet sounds when you open them. I'm not saying to change the floor tiles but the doors can be easily fixed with oil.

the staff are friendly and welcoming. they even lend me a British charger socket for my time of stay instead of selling it to me.

Strange overhead green nightlight made it tough to sleep. Bring a sleep mask! Otherwise no major complaints or issues.

Great location close to the Earl’s Court metro station made it really easy to get around London. The area also had plenty of restaurant options and felt safe as a solo female traveler. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Even though they’re shared with other guests, I appreciated the private toilet/shower rooms…made it feel less like staying in a dorm to have a bit of privacy. Bed was comfortable enough and clean. Good sized locker for bag storage. Was able to leave a bag in the morning before checking in, and was able to check out for a really early morning flight with no issues.

There is a need for houserules in shared dorms. Some people are so immensely rude, coming in at 3am and repacking there suitcases with stupid noise.

Seems like it wasn't renewed for a long time, but everything was super clean, beds were comfy and staff exceptionally helpful! Sink in a bedroom was a really convenient solution :)

I have booked two consecutive nights, however I was forced to check out and spent 5 hours outside accomodation and than check in again. The problem is that I am disabled person that cannot walk much and I was forced to do it in order to have my rooms swapped instead having a room transfer righaway it was disappointing and cost me a lot of pain and struggle.

a shower was installed in the room, which was installed in the corridor, and all night someone went to the shower and the fan in the shower was very loud.

Old building with no elevators. Very loud doors and the floors are squicking...Long way from your room to the kitchen.
