Personal care products can be provided (shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, etc.). Breakfast was a bit weak, it may not suit Turkish taste, some more universal breakfast options can be offered.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the city center. The employees are courteous and help as much as possible. Our flight times were late; They allowed early check-in at 5am. and they upgraded our room for free. Additionally, they kept our luggage waiting until we picked it up on the day of return. We had no problems. Room temperature and hot water availability were good.

We loved our stay at no12 boutique hotel!! the breakfast was rich and amazing, the personnel was super helpful, the room was cozy, nice and comfortable, everyone was friendly and smiling. The location was great too, we’d definitely come back 10/10!

Our room was absolutely amazing. Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff and really tasty breakfast. A big extra thank you for letting us into our room although we arrived early. Can't wait to come back and stay here when we return to beautiful Tbilisi!

The location was a little difficult for our Bolt driver to find.

Wow, best breakfast during our Georgia trip. The room was also very clean and spacious enough for our large suitcases. The location is great and only a few minutes walk from most attractions.

Electrical sockets in the room are not conveniently located and there are few of them. A new house is being built under the window. Concrete was poured at night and the noise was disturbing.

Best location in the center of old Tbilisi, at the same time place was quite. Breakfast was super good and very friendly lady served it to us. For breakfast we had selection of fruits, cheese and drinks, khachapuri or pancakes, matsoni homemade yogurt, possibility to choose a hot omelet with additives. Comfortable bed and clean bed sheets. Around hotel many restaurants and shops.

Breakfast was lovely and plenty of options, location couldn't have been better local to all the major tourist sites within walking distance. Resort was clean, tidy, bed was comfy, plenty of space, shower was really powerful and coffee machine was a nice touch.

Instructions to use the TV

Breakfast good, eggs, fruit etc. We had the top floor with views front and back and could see the cable car and rope way. A new hotel will block part of the view when complete.

The place was rather expensive (and this was after a discount) for what it is. The staff was really very nice, but couldn't help us with anything around the city and beyond. Most places usually give you some recommendations, connect you to tour operators, etc., but they just didn't have any 'inside' knowledge. Other than that, we really had a very nice stay.

We stayed at the suite. Very spacious and nicely decorated, with a coffee machine, a tub (which we didn't use), an excellent large bed, and views of a lot of the attractions of the city. The location is excellent, in a quiet spot in the middle of the old town. The breakfast was very nice as well.

Bathrooms could use a bit of an update and maybe a table for your suitcase (remove closet doors) to be more convenient

Really great location, very central but off the Main Street so it was quiet. Comfy rooms, good air conditioning and breakfast was tasty. Staff were really nice and helpful.
