Apollon Beach, Apollon, 84301, Greece

눇Stamatis is a fantastic host. Nothing is too much for him, he was very attentive and went out of his way to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Beautiful breakfast each morning - best yogurt we had in Greece! Loved our meals there, again, the Mousaka was the nicest we tasted in Greece! Be aware that Apllonas is a small fishing village, about 2 hours from the main port town, we arrived with no cash thinking there might have been an ATM, which there wasn't! Ask for a tour of his vegetable garden! We look forward to seeing you again Stamatis!

눉We didn't have much luck with internet, but even then, the owner did everything to get us up running! That's about the only minor thing!
눇The owner is so incredibly helpful, he treats you as a friend in his own place that you almost forget you are a paying customer! We have never experienced such a personal approach and hospitality! Nice and clean hotel. The food and breakfast is excellent, almost everything is fresh and home-grown! You get more than you pay for, even during high season! Drinks are half as expensive as in other places. Apollonas is worth staying at: small, charming and a cosy, modern beach with great facilities and yet not too touristic! A perfect spot to relax at or to visit the rest of the island. A car is recommended to visit this great island.

눇This place is absolutely heavenly. We've been traveling the world for 4 months, and no other lodging stood out more to me than the wonderful stay at Adonis Hotel. Stamatis is a wonderful host, and it shows in every detail in the hotel. We still can't believe the price we paid! A wonderful plus is that they have their own fruit and vegetable organic garden. So even though you could go out and get different foods in Naxos, I would recommend you just enjoy the wonderfully cooked and very reasonably priced meals at Adonis. We regretted not having eaten all our meals there, the meals we ate out were more expensive, not organic and less delicious. Lastly, the beach in Apollon is very pretty and with good sand - i.e. not full of pebbles, nor black. While you might want to rent a car for your stay in Naxos, I would recommend you just treat yourself to the comfort and relaxation you can have staying at the Adonis Hotel and enjoying the Apollon beach. Get there by either bus, taxi or a cheaper-than-taxi ride with Stamatis and stay there for the length of your stay. We rented a car and regretted it. The car was the most expensive part of our Naxos trip and not worth it.
