Coffee wasn't so good in breakfast and in our room were very thin walls.

Kitchen / stove is dated, electric, suitable for very basic cooking if any. The price we paid does not match the level of accomodation in my opinion.

The location was great, right on the beach and with a lots of restaurants around within walking distance. The pool area is very nice and so is the breakfast area next to it. Other facilities and buildings are a bit dated but maintained clean. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly, especially cleaners. The room was spacious and beds comfy.

- The wifi simply doesn’t work - pointless having a smart tv if you can’t use youtube/ netflix / amazon prime. If you’re going to need internet during your stay, you’ll have to use your data. - We would have thought that the rooms would have an iron and provide towels for the swimming pool. - If you’re going to have signs that ‘any left towels will be removed’, then please enforce it, otherwise the problem of people reserving sun beds will continue.

There was a man " the handy man" going around fixing broken things around the hotel. We felt he lacked manners. He had to fix a light in our studio, wasted nearly 2 hours of our time for nothing as he failed to fix it, he would come & go, talk on the phone for ages, disappear & come back & he wanted to fix other things! I had to talk to the manager to ask him to leave the room, tell them that they should have done their repair before our arrival or else leave it till we leave. The handy man who called himself Dr smthg, did something very odd when he came to fix the light: he also changed the seat of the toilet which was in perfect condition and of good quality & replaced it with a very cheap, weak seat that wasn't fixed properly & kept moving to the side everytime we sat on it until it finally broke in the end. I mentioned it to the reception & they insisted that the seat was broken but it was not, it was definitely of a higher quality, thicker, sturdier & comfortable.

The location, the studio ( very spacious with 2 balconies). The staff members were adorable especially the lady who was cleaning our studio ( Helena, thank you for your kindness & dedication), also the staff in the kitchen for breakfast, the cook ( I don't have her name) was so sweet & helpful listening to our needs & doing her best to provide us with anything that was missing.

The property was spacious having an upstairs section for the grown kids and double bed downstairs. Was clean and modern. Breakfast was enjoyable with beach view. Staff were friendly and helpful

The breakfast was quite basic, the food offered not very tasty and the juice was watery 'squash' that I see many other reviewers have complained about over tge last couple of years but the hotel don't care enough to act on it which seems silly... so even though breakfast was included it wasn't worth having in our opinion. Similarly with the food at the poolside restaurant... that was better than the breakfast, but did not compare favourably against anywhere else we ate.. for example, it didn't seem care had been taken in the balance of ingredients in the Greek salad, which was predominantly cucumber and the feta wasn't as tasty as other places (I ate a lot of Greek salads, lol)... so tge care and quality of ingredients not on par with others... also, a smaller portion, so an overall 'meanness' in what was offered against other more generous restaurants over both breakfast and lunch). Mostly, we didn't like the immediate beach very much... you could not safely access the sea from the beach just off the hotel as there are slabs of stone and the sea was choppier and the sand quite stony and painful to walk on in places there than on other beaches (for example, better beaches can be found ten minutes by car down the road, closer to Chania Old Town at Kato Daratso around the Golden Bay hotel - lovely coves where the sand is soft and sea shallow and safe for kids).

The pool area is very nice... Nice size, clean and leading onto the beach. The rooms were relatively basic with no chairs to relax on, but the beds were comfortable and it was clean.

No real complaints. The sofas in our apartment weren't super comfortable for lounging at home, but that was it.

We spent the week with our 11 month old baby. Staff were lovely, the pool was fantastic, and hotel is right on the beach. Bus stop is right outside and goes to Chania. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are all very close by. Food by the pool was very nice. The breakfast was ok. We were made to feel very welcome, and the hotel provided us with a cot for the baby. Room was basic but very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

We didn't swim in the sea in front of the hotel, since there were big stones in the water and slippery rock. But we didn't need to walk far along the beach to find better swimming places. For example restaurants Artemis and Casa di Mare offered free sunbeds, if you had lunch there, and the beach was good for swimming there. The juice at the breakfast was not very nice, I recommend to upgrade that. Same goes to croissants..

There were lovely views to the sea and the pool area was great. We had a maisonette in two levels, which was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient, there was everything we needed. There were many nice restaurants nearby and some supermarkets very close to the hotel.

Nothing. The interior of the apartments are ok and has everything you need for a short stay.

The location is fantastic. On the beach, which is very nice in itself. There are 2 sets of chair and umbrella providers who are connected to 2 very good restaurants next door. A supermarket is 1 min away. The water is very nice and the beach is as well. We really enjoyed out time there. The landlord is very nice as well. Will return. Great value for money.

You have to pay for the sunbeds on the beach. Even though the beach was sandy, when you enter the sea there are only rocks and it`s kind of inconvenient (the hotel is not responsible for that!). The weather in the pool was cold.

Very nice small hotel on the beach shore. We stayed there for 7 days. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was ok.

The internet connection could have been better.

The swimming pool and pool area was very good and the beach only a few steps away. Very good food and service at the pool/beach bar. Very quiet at night and the bedding was comfortable. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel and easy to take the bus to Chania for shopping and dinner. Easy to go on foot to the Platanias beach.
