Great value for money, super clean, spacious and well equipped room, quiet although it is located in the city center, incredible host and staff, everyone was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it and will go back for sure.

It would have been nice to have a few tea bags and supplies in the kitchen to get started with, a peice of fruit would be a nice touch

Everything was very straightforward, easy communication with Dimitris and room was very OK. Nothing super fancy, but had everything needed. Great location and loved swimming in the sea 5mins away.

The toilet was a bit coloured but probably they already tried their best to get rid of it. Moreover, somehow the floor was always a bit watery.

It was fantastic! My favourite stay in Greece so far! Great value for money. Super soft bed. All equipment needed were there. Everything was newly renovated.

Very good family run apartments lovely refurbished apartment larger than expected with 2 balconies, breakfast and snacks served very good value would highly recommend in the centre of Platanias but away from the main road

Very nice hotel! The location is perfect but still not noisy. The room was big, good standard and clean. The pool area was nice, clean and not to crowded. Staff was very helpful and serviceminded. They def. know the value of taking care of their guest and also in a relaxed and not stressfull way. Would def. recomend the hotel, and i hope to comeback sometime soon.

Location is superb - quiet area, but close to everything. We were more than happy with meals we ordered from the poolbar, size of the breakfast was royal. Excellent service!

There was nothing at all I didn't like. I could not have asked for more. Simply perfect. Huge thank you to Demetris and his family. Fabulous food and service all round.

Absolutely everything was amazing and second to none. Family run business on a very personal and welcoming experience. Enjoyed every minute of perfect hospitality. Private and relaxing with amazing views plus only 2 mins walk to be in the heart of everything. Highly recommend.

I would like to suggest to change the shower head since it was a little bit old.

I stayed 4 nights at Amaryllis. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. They helped us suggesting where to go to eat and where to go parking (this has been very, very usefull!). Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Also shower was very spacious. We also tried the breakfast and lunch. Both delicious! The staff always asked to us if food was good. They also offered us some slice of cake. For sure I recommend this accomodation.

Dimitris is an excellent host. You come as a guest and leave as a friend. Excellent well run hotel. Literally 3 mins to the main street but perfectly quiet. The old town within reach. Bus connection to chania and other parts of the island. It's an excellent base. Maria now helps with breakfasts and does a great job. A real family unit and you can tell. I always prefer this over a faceless huge hotel with many staff

We loved everything!!! Staff is amazing and service was beyond perfect! Room was very clean and nice and we could see the sun set from the balcony! it was amazing. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Everything went perfectly and we reccomend this to everyone, families, friend groups and solo travelers. We will be back. Special thanks to Amazing Dimitri :)

Wifi didn't reach our room B6 initially, but once I alerted the staff about the issue they had it fixed by the end of the day. Also the bed mattress felt a bit old, but I still slept well and it's in line with expectations.

Great location - the hotel is 50m off the main road so it's very quiet yet still close to the beach. Starting from the 2nd floor there is a wonderful view of Platanias and the sea. There is a big parking lot. Staff are very helpful.

There’s absolutely nothing to complain about.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, decent sized room with kitchenette, comfortable bed, and a balcony, bar and pool with sun loungers and parasols.

The rooms were spotlessly clean with regular towel and linen changes and the beds were extremely comfy. The complex is ideally situated, only around the corner from the main strip but quiet and peaceful. Dimitris, Maria and Nico were superb hosts, extremely friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. Snacks at the pool were really good quality and reasonably priced. The complex is a little gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

The staff and the Hotel manager himself, Dimitris, were super friendly and they always were there to help (extra helps out of their responsibilities). I had a pleasant stay in the hotel and it is located in a great with good access to the beach and supermarket.

Limited room around pool for sun loungers, some guests putting towels on loungers in middle of night. Children's area of pool was not clean with algae in the water, not that we used it but connected to main pool.

Even though the rooms were cleaned every day, shower amenities were not replaced. TV was too small.

Great value for money. The rooms are simple but yet comfortable. Walking distance to the main street which offers great selection of restaurants and entertainment.
