Rooms are outdated and need a refresh/renovation. Not in par with hotel photos and not 5 star (curtains in shower, old duvet, old plugs)

Parking the car was a nightmare. The hotel Staff suggested we park in the parking of a “sister hotel”…scary experience. Deserted dark place.

The location was amazing, the view from the bedroom too!! And I also loved the pillows!

Hotel is dated. furniture in the rooms are old and with visible signs of heavey tear and wear. Executive room with nice balcomy, just two uncomfortable chairs in the balcony, not like the pictures that hotel has on website. No gym facility, pool is at the hotel up the hill, parking is a shame, no support from staff when we arrived at the hotel to checkin.

Needs some renovations.

Great location, wonderful views and very gracious and helpful staff. We are very grateful for the complimentary room upgrade provided by the manager. And we could not be more thankful for the excellent services provided by Costa (bellman par excellent!), who, among other things, found us a great parking spot right by the front door and was a good source of information. The hotel also arranged for a car to take us to the Palamidi fortress. The driver, Costa, was excellent.

Needs more tech in the rooms. Bigger TV. Wifi in the rooms needs to be stronger. Shower needs to be better. Too many old fashioned buttons for electricity, curtains. We had to go down to lobby to get better wifi.

View spectacular . Location excellent. Breakfast excellent. Staff amazing ! Reception staff very very helpful, very polite. Very knowledgable. Breakfast waitress excellent. Outdoor breakfast area spectacular. Indoor breakfast area fantasic too. The big glass windows excellent.

The abundance of electrical switches caused some confusion as to which switch to use for a particular purpose. The timberwork around the hotel has weathered and detracts from the overall appearance. Leaving our rental car in a public car park throughout our stay was not ideal but we realise this is a common difficulty in the town. Breakfast choices were very limited.

Large spacious balcony with excellent view. Hotel is located within very easy walking distance to the old town with all the tavernas and museums. In fact we did not use the car at all within Naplio. Well appointed bathroom and electrically operated blinds were a nice touch. Provision of a night light under the bedside table very practical and beneficial.

We found the facilities a bit old ( for example the bathroom door was not easily moved) and the mini bar had only two small bottles of water.

The hotel is located in a walking distance to the center and the view is magnificent. The breakfast is served upon ordering, it is not a buffet. The staff was helpful with providing gluten-free breakfast alternatives.

I really hated the wi-fi. It almost never worked. I was surprised by that. In such a lovely hotel and in our time such a horrible internet connection. Also it would ask your password and login each time your phone would go to sleep mode. Usually it happens when you go away and back to the room but not here. so please if manager can read comments - fix your wi-fi!!!! it is ok for locals maybe because they have data in the mobile phones but please think about people from another countries for whom to have good wi-fi can be very important.

I really love our room with the balcony on 3 floor with the fantastic view on the bay!!! btw you can see it even from the bathroom because it had huge window into the room:) I not a big fun of any anatomic pillow I just like it to be flat and they have it:) if you want very big pillows they have them too. If you want to sit outside to have breakfast- better wake up early:) I like quality of the breakfast! hotel located 5 min walk to (shopping / eating/ cute to see )streets of beautiful old town. I saw people would complain about that’s it is very hard to find parking. Well what do you expect staying in the old town ?:) we were lucky to find parking near hotel. But after that we prefer to walk everywhere- even to the new town 40 min walk :)

Horrible pillows. When waking up my neck was locked because the pillows are so old fashioned with no anatomic functionality whatsoever. Beds not comfortable for this price hotel. But , seriously, change the pillows to modern ones which support the neck.
