This hotel is absolutely exceptional and I would recommend anyone to go and stay here in a heartbeat. Neither of us have enjoyed holidaying somewhere so much as we did at Aqua Blu. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL. The food is DELICIOUS. Our room was BEAUTIFUL. The location is GREAT. GO x

As I was travelling alone, only two things really. Wider room service menu (I dined 4 nights in the room) but they were able to accommodate me by requesting from the restaurant menu, so that was appreciated. Secondly I would have loved a sun longer on the balcony (like they have by the pool) rather than the two dining chairs. It would have been nice to enjoy the sea view a bit more in the afternoons.

Staff are exceptionally professional and courteous. The rooms are immaculate and turned down in the evening which I sincerely appreciate. Delicious buffet and a la carte breakfast, and lovely cocktails by the pool. I liked the quiet location but it was easy to walk, scooter or taxi into Kos Town.

Would be nice to have free water available i.e. by the pool etc rather than order a plastic bottle for 4 euros. Better sustainability.

Nothing everything was amazing

The staff is so kind and so respectful we were feeling so comfortable. They are all sunshines and made us happy everyday with their smiles. Breakfast was amazing everyday fresh food and fresh orange juice, good coffee, a lot of variety! This hotel is perfect keep on the good work!!

The Degustation menu #2. Over priced and lacking in taste. We had 3 amazing dinners at Sunset Taverna for approximately 40 € that far surpassed the hotel. In fact we only ate 1 time at the hotel because of this. Because of a booking error on my part we stayed in 2 different rooms, both rooms had empty shampoo dispensers in the shower.

Staff were amazing. From GM to ladies @ reception, wait staff, porters and housekeepers. The GM greets @ breakfast and last day had minor problems with room, GM took notes and by the end of breakfast problems were solved.

I am being super picky here. There was a shortage of clothes storage in the room and it was a touch small. Would have preferred a proper shower rather than one in a bath. But - I’m being super picky.

So clean and the staff are beyond exceptional - nothing is too much trouble. Food beautiful. Lovely beach.

everything was spectacular! The rooms were spacious and gorgeous! Staff was extremely helpful, courteous and kind Breakfast was delicious.... it offered a generous variety of fruits, sweets, drinks, yogurts, meets, egg dishes

Didn’t like the fact the hotel had a road between it and the ocean and just next to the pool area, which disturbed the vibe. Also the hotel had a perfect sunset view but the beach itself wasn’t that good compared to others nearby. Also didn’t like that the spa facilities (which are anyhow quite basic) required extra pay (20 euros for 2 hours). It just caused them to be empty, instead of allowing the guests to spontaneously go for a few minutes at the sauna or Hammam in between swims.

All the facilities were comfortable and clean. The staff, hospitality and service were just perfect! Breakfast was delicious. Also the on the house cocktail evening on Friday was great.

The ambiance very private

Rather quiet, little bit noisy because of the road, perfect breakfast but strange snacks( for example, octopus was all about mayonnaise 😅, greek salad was very marinated because of the sauce)

vacant grass land next door. There is a terrible smell that always lingers while outside by the pool. It comes and goes throughout the day, everyday.

The location of the hotel just before the entrance to the city and next to the beach, the hotel is luxurious and the rooms are spacious and clean. Good and tasty breakfast, excellent service from the entire staff, starting from the hotel manager, the reception staff, waiters and all the service members

Very professional and friendly stuff.

I recommande it for conforte and peaceful time with family or loved ones. The music nights are the cherry 🍒 on the cake.
