This is a lovely little hotel. Originally an old house in the traditional Kymi style, immaculately renovated and redecorated with a lot of touches of individual style. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Short walking distance to restaurants and everything else of interest in the centre of town. Breakfast fit for a king, very generous and with high quality local ingredients, cooked and served by the owner, Mr. Antonis, who is a lovely host and at all times made sure we have an enjoyable stay. Amazing hospitality, felt less like a hotel and more like visiting an uncle who was happy to see us. We will be visiting Kymi again and again (that part of Evia island has a lot about it), and the Archontiko will be the place to stay, every time. Excellent!

Lovely and detailed interior. The whole hotel is a piece of art. With eyecatching details from floor to ceiling. Our room was tasteful and clean. I felt as if every need I had, had been thought about in advance. Fridge had also complimentary free drinks each day. Friendly and hospitable staff. They had a personal approach to their guests. Each morning as you sat down for a rich breakfast, the owner of the hotel served you coffee and went out and beyond to make sure you had the best experience. One cleaning lady we met was shining with friendliness and warmth. It was an exceptional stay!

The best breakfast! Everything was homemade and really delicious! The view from the room was fantastic! Both the hotel and our room were spotlessly clean and our bed very comfortable! The hotel is a family run boutique hotel with beautifully decorated rooms and is located close to the town center were you can find nice cafes, pastry shops and tavernas. The hotel owners are really friendly and do everything is possible to keep their guests happy! Great stay, for sure we will come back again!!!

I had much difficulty finding the hotel. The village is a maze of one way streets. To get to the hotel you need to go down one narrow lane and then immediately turn left and go up the lane parallel. Then you turn right as if going out of the village. The hotel is on the left and the street parking on the right. The credit card machine didn't work

A lack of storage space and the room was quite small. It felt a bit stuffy at night.

This is a very good hotel and the management and staff were very kind. The breakfast was exceptional, something different each day and beautifully presented. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was very clean and a good size but a shower would have been more practical than a bath. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay, we stayed 6 nights which perhaps was a bit too much. It is very good value.

A little discomfort that we had to be there exactly the time we suggested because there is no reception but this does not affect the review as it was our fault we were late.

The hotel staff was very kind, very nice rooms, very nice view, amazing breakfast. And the rooms, each with it's own style with beautiful colors. It was really nice.

The house is a real mansion, elegant and meticulous in its details. The owner is exceptional. Willing to help, guide guests. Breakfast excellent, thoughtful, makes you feel like a real guest of Mr. Antonis. The location incredibly convenient for walks in the village. I would choose to stay at this hotel again.
