Everything was perfect- the owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent location in easy walking distance to the Venetian harbour. The beach is a minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from only 2 minutes away. The view from the room (room ) was fabulous overlooking the harbour.

Hair dryer. It's time to replace it. Nothing more to add, everything was perfect.

Thanks to the hotel staff for their kindness, help and of course for the perfect cleanliness of the room every day. And also for a beautiful room with a gorgeous view and delicious wine as a gift upon arrival. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The place where the hotel is located is the best, not far from the beaches and the center, near a quiet promenade, a huge selection of restaurants. I recommend the restaurant which is right at the bottom of the hotel. Separately, I want to note the hotel administrator, he is a very kind, pleasant person, ready to answer all questions and help. I'll be glad to come back here someday.

Lack of soundproofing. Sound is easily transmitted through the floors, ceiling and walls, and front door. If someone moves a chair or table in the adjacent rooms, the noise is easily heard in our room. Everything should have felt pads to reduce noise. And a sign that says quiet time after 22:00.

The hotel's excellent position is just 5 minutes from Chania's bus station and city centre. A bottle of wine was waiting for us when we arrived, and the room was exceptionally fresh and clean. Everything is immaculately clean, we had a lovely balcony, a large room, coffee and tea, and a lift is available even if you have a lot of bags to carry. The beach is right in front of you, there are good restaurants around that are also quite inexpensive, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to get to the old city. There is absolutely no noise in the area, and everything is close by and easily accessible on foot.

Everything was really good.

The location is great - right at the beach and next to some really good restaurants. Added bonus - you can see incredible sunsets from the balcony. The room was recently renovated and cleaned every other day (btw on my personal opinion looks better in real life then on the pictures). The staff was really nice and helpful, overall - great place to stay!

You can't beat this place for location. Nea Hora is a beautiful part of the town of Chania, full of fish restaurants, bars and other facilities combined with a nice beach. It's not for those looking to have a wild time but ideal for families with little children or couples who are looking for a bit more privacy. The Old Port area is just 5 minutes away on foot, so if you fancy some crowds and noisier choices, you can always visit.

The property is a little bit dated and limited cooking equipments but a lot of the restaurants nearby so it doesn’t matter.

Nothing to complain about.

Great location, clean rooms with a great view of the harbor. Everything in walking distance and although it’s central it’s a quiet location because the tourists flock to the old town in the evening(10 minute walk). The staff was so friendly, felt like visiting friends.

This may sound trite, but the hard floor and hollow doors are recipe for noise. My neighbour seemed to delight in making as much noise possible, at one o'clock in the morning, just because I asked her and her companion if they could close the door quietly instead of slamming it! Other than this, everything was fine.

Close to the lovely little harbour in the picture, and restaurants. Ten to fifteen minutes walk to the Venetian harbour and the hundreds of restaurants and shops. The owners were lovely, helpful, very friendly and on hand if there were any questions. Clean and comfortable.

The bed was a bit too firm for me but no real complaints.

Communication with the property was timely. Access on arrival was easy. Appliance issues were resolved promptly. There are a few entry steps but upper floors have elevator access. The studio view facing the port was lovely. The apartments are close to the Old Town, a ten minute walk to a large supermarket and surrounded by good restaurants. A 15 minute walk to the bus station. There is a cafe downstairs too!

I haven't been lucky enough to get a room with sea view. Maybe next time.

Very good location, close to Nea Chora beach and bars & restaurants. Rooms with balcony, very helpful for smokers. Very friendly staff and no problem with communication in English.
