Hot tub hadn’t been cleaned or filled on our arrival but this was soon rectified on Day 2 of our stay. It was perfect from then on.

The room was just perfect for us and the outside terrace was superb. View was unbeatable!

Great place with amazing view! All was perfect, very clean, rooms had all what you need, including iron! Nice balcony with jacuzzi and comfy sun bad. The host and all staff was very helpful and kept the highest standard of service. Supported us with car rental, recommending nice places to visit or eat. It’s located in the area far from crowd where you can feel like on holidays! Definitely recommend this place.

The room and toilet colors could be better. For example, more of a bohemian style with beige and black colors that go perfectly with the white, instead of the fuchsia/green.

Avant Garde Suites offer a beautiful wide view, with an amazing sunset too! The breakfast tastes so good, and you get to choose out ot many options. As for the location, it's far from all the traffic and the crowd. Plus, it's less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful beaches. You can drive for 3 minutes to reach the boat taxi that takes you to the red, white and black beaches. The staff is kind and helpful. Thank you!

hot tub didn’t work when we got there and hot tub was cold second night! Could of been more private as people staying next door can walk straight past our room. mean pool was freezing

The hotel itself is a bit outdated, the TV channels won't work and they charged me extra money at the end of my booking which I wasn't aware of prior to the booking (hidden charges).

I like the sea view and the jacuzzi.

if you are wanting to see the sunsets, you won’t see them from this hotel. It wasn’t a problem, but you will need to travel a bit to see the famous Santorini sunsets.

Beautiful views across the bay. A wonderful breakfast delivered to the room each morning, which we ate on our balcony and friendly staff, who were always happy to help. There are restaurants a few minutes walk away, in the little town of Akrotiri. We hired a car and explored the island without any problems at all.

first room had no view and room and shower too small.maybe adding a microwave would help since they dont offer food all day.cocktail drinks presentation needs big improvement

It was my birthday and I didn’t even know the breakfast was included and we could choose the items from a huge list with everything and more you would want for breakfast. Amazing and the staff also.

We liked the private pool and also there aren't many rooms, so it's always private and very few people by the main pool, so we could have it all to ourselves. The staff was really welcoming and nice, helped us with anything we wanted. The breakfast was nice, we could order a lot of food as much as we desired and it was delivered to our private terrace.

Shower was very small and space constrained. Far from main Santorini attractions of Oia and Fira for people without rental cars. We did not research any public transportation options.

Amazing caldera views!! The hotel is right on the caldera and you get great views from the property, pool area, entrance etc. Property is quite spread out and almost no stairs to go through. We saw that a lot of the hotels in Oia, Fira on the rim of the caldera had quite a few stairs. No lugging around luggage or walking up and down during the stay. Big parking lot for people renting cars right on the property Beautiful pool with great caldera views Quite a few dining options within 10 minutes walking distance Staff were fantastic – very friendly and helpful. Did I mention amazing caldera views from the pool area where you can spend hours just enjoying the scenery and drinking wine (we even got a complimentary bottle from the owners on arrival!!)
