The bathroom is very old and needs renovation especially the shower area and shower curtains.

A small family run hotel, great location, very clean, amazing view from the balcony, very relaxing area on the beach to spend time for a coffee or drink etc. We have stayed here 2 times this summer and we can highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay at a quite and small village.

Lovely quaint & traditional small hotel, not commercial, personal service. Stunning views, great location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Optional breakfast was fantastic and small bar with a selection of drinks. Loved the terrace outside and being able to walk straight out on to the beach from the back of the hotel. Angelina was a lovely kind & helpful lady, nothing was to much trouble. We had a room with a partial sea view which was great but would go for full sea view when we go again. We hired a car to be able to see all of the island but it was only 8 euros to get a taxi into Kokkari.

We were pleased with everything. Deficiencies may include: There is no market nearby, there are only 2 restaurant options and it is a little far from the center. But knowing this, we chose this hotel. I just wanted to give information to those who will pay attention to these.

It is an ideal hotel for those who want a quiet holiday by the sea. There is a stony but clean sea. The beach has very good shade and sunbathing areas. The outside seating areas of the hotel are also very nice. The general cleanliness of the hotel was really good. Both common areas and rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly, relaxed and helpful. The general design of the hotel was also very tasteful. The decoration, cleanliness and layout of the rooms were very successful. My wife and I chose it for a quiet, sea-sand and relaxing holiday and we were very pleased. I would definitely recommend it to those who are expecting a holiday like this.

The showers were a little small & awkward.

Beautiful quiet location on the waterfront. The accommodation was spacious, nicely decorated & clean. The grounds were beautifully decorated & the waterfront was at your doorstep. The hotel offered parking just across the road & excellent breakfast. The owner Helen was super friendly and always had time for a chat. Would definitely come back again when we are next in Samos .

If you don't rent a car, you can move around. But that's nothing to do with the hotel and staff itself. Most people that come to Samos rent a car anyway.

The hotel is located on the sea front in Avlakia, a short drive from Kokari. If you want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing evenings, enjoying the seaview, that's your place. Nicely decorated with style, Mediterranean atmosphere, you can enjoy the nice taverna next door as well.

They can be a little hard to reach via email, and there was a little confusion. But all resolved very quickly and very satisfactory.

The location was perfect for us. The hotel had its own church with the most beautiful icons and energy to it, and the downstairs relaxation area is brethtaking and right on your very own little beach with sunbeds. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff is so friendly, happy, and welcoming. We loved staying here and want to go back again. The studio apartment we stayed had all the facilities, but we couldn't sleep because of the noise. We had to wake up very early in the morning. Too many vehicles were passing by. Our bed, which should have been a double bed, was two beds joined together. (and seperated easily with a small movement) We requested that our room to be changed, but there was no other room.I would rather stay elsewhere than in this room again, but the other rooms were fine.

Our 3rd stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel, its cleanliness, the friendliness of the people 10 /10 . Having its own beach is also very nice.

Just one lady of the staff had not the best attitude with us, usually serving at the bar, not really welcoming and kind, more with other guests. She used to barely greet us. Language could be lacking, but kindness is noticeable in every language

- we didn’t notice if breakfast is included and nobody warned us. A surprise bill came out when we check out. Beware. - 50% of the total price was paid in May as pre-payment. Then we notice total price charged in check out too. Between booking.com and hotel, we spend so much time to explain the mistake in the middle of our holiday. It is unpleasant, and still unsolved.

Perfect location, private beach and reasonable prices if you want to have snacks near seaside. Staff is helpful. - although we paid extra for big room (28m2), staff gave us a smaller but sea view room.

Nothing that we didn't like

Avlakia, where the hotel is located, is already a very quiet and peaceful place. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly. We had to leave 1 day early and they didn't make it a problem. The fact that the hotel has its own beach and sun sunbeds also a great advantage. We don't have to go to the beaches all the time. It is very close to Kokkari, with a short drive. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel, we plan to come back next year.
