This place has everything for a weeks vacation. It’s just outside the fishing village port area so you are away from the crowds, and the beach is a 5 minute walk in the other direction. We stayed in one of the two new bungalows on the site. These are very well equipped with bedroom, living area and small kitchenette, fridge, sink, hot plate and kettle. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, and everywhere was air conditioned. Every morning there is a substantial breakfast with both hot and cold options and as much coffee as you could drink lots of sun beds around the pool and gardens as well.

One of the best locations I have experienced, with good energy. Beautiful view and gardens, cozy and very clean room. Maria was a great host. All the people working there are nice and pleasant. And the restaurant was also very good. Breakfast of good quality, by the pool. I would come back there anytime.

The property is overlooking the sea. It’s very quiet, during day and night and it’s close to the village centre. Breakfast is good. Rooms and bathrooms are immaculate. The restaurant has excellent food. The host and staff are very friendly and helpful.

There is a room for improvement in the breakfast - it offers fresh fruits which I really appreciate and they will make you coffee (different from the instant one included in the breakfast) with no extra charge. Very thoutfll and the coffee is very good (freddo cappuccino especially). But the variety is limited, no fresh vegetables which will be nice. The rooms are relatively small and this cannot be improved but it may be said a bit more clear. The wi-fi connection is poor but this is a common problem near seaside in my experience.

Heaven on the Earth! Outstanding location and view - facing the sea in east direction you can literally watch the sun raising from the sea - it is so picturesque, words are not enough to describe it. Great location - just a few (2-3) minutes walk from the beach named Trani Ammouda with plenty of choices (free zone, beach bars, cozy and family beach bars, even parking area for caravans, etc.) The beach is clean and the water is cristal clean. Very good restaurant on side - Thalassa. A few near by, accessible in a few minutes walk. Close to the port. The garden on site is another gem - you can spent the whole day enjoying the silence and the view from it with a book in hand. Plenty of places to sit and relaxed. It is really peaceful place and you can relax to the fullest. The parking is free and they are enough places for everyone, no reservation needed - it is real parking lot with shadows provided for the cars. The owners are very helpful and ready to assist you in the best possible way. The room was cleaned every 2 days, it is very clean and we definitely will come back.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is really wonderful and we had a perfect vacation in it! It has everything you might need - very cozy and clean rooms with astonishing sea view, big green garden with sunbeds and in general many places you can relax and enjoy the view. The hotel has also a really nice pool and a beautiful restaurant which offers very delicious food. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The hotel is in a quiet place but near (1 min) to the Trani Ammoudia beach and the port. The hosts and the staff are very kind and hospitable people! Thank you for the stay and the help!

Absolutely fantastic place. The village, the location, the property itself all perfect. The hosts, plus family, plus team were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond. We can't speak highly enough of them. The property was sharp, pristine and well put together absolutely beautiful and stunning. Great views and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent and faultless. Highly recommended. The village and harbour were also fabulous. A great location to relax and to explore the peninsula.

This place is a little bit of heaven in Greece! Spotlessly clean, friendly and with just a handful of rooms, like being in our own villa! The restaurant is superb too! Only criticism is that maybe our room was a tad small, but that's being very picky. This is a family run home that has been in the same family for 3 or 4 generations and I hope for many more.

Honestly nothing! The perfect stay

Everything! Location was beautiful right by the sea, so peaceful yet 5mins walk from both beach and port. Room was gorgeous and clean with a lovely balcony. Food at the restaurant was the best in town! And the pool was beautiful too, honestly couldn’t ask for any more.

Barbagiannis House is the perfect location if you want to have a dream holiday. Very good accommodation conditions, perfect cleaning and an incredible view of the sea. Also, it is very convenient because it also has its own restaurant with diversified and very good food. Maria is the perfect host who tries to meet all requests so her guests have the best vacation.

Perfect accomodation in perfect location, beautiful room with terrace and superb view. Breakfast is serving next to the pool and is very tasty and various. Our host Maria is very friendly and kind person and generally everyone in Barbagiannis House is making stay there very pleasant. Me and my wife highly recommend this accomodation!
