I wish the sauna and spa area was open later.

The location was great and the staff were very accommodating. Our room was on the first floor and it had a wonderful patio. They gave a welcome drink in the room. The morning breakfast was also buffet style and included in the room price.

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and had a great variety for all tastes. The pool was a good size with poolside service if you are wanting a drink or something to eat. Hotels location was 1 block from the beach and about 1km (flat easy walk with lots to see) into the old town of Rethymno.

The only thing that we didn’t like and this is no fault of the hotel nor can they do anything about it but out of season (oct) the pool area does not get the sun at all. Not a major problem as the beautiful beach is just across the road.

There is no parking on site so you have to find street parking. It wasn’t difficult to find, but just something to keep in mind :)

We stayed for one night while traveling around the island. It was in a great location close to the restaurants and beach. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. It rained for part of the day we were there so it was nice to have the indoor gym and pool.

The pool was much smaller than the photos made it look. It was cold despite it being hot weather all week and in shade a lot of the day, as were most of the loungers. The indoor “pool” was really just a big hot tub, not at all big enough to swim in.

Lovely room, very clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. Helped with recommendations for dinner and organizing activities. Lovely varied breakfast. Fantastic location.

I like the location of the hotel. Hotel itself was very clean and new. The pool was amazing, especially its size and water temperature and the fact that it was away from the street in the hotel inner yard. All staff was good particularly the waitress Nicoletta and the receptionist Maria. I felt extremely good in the hotel.

There is no travel desk but since the hotel is centrally located you can easily walk down and compare different options to book day trips.

The highlights of this place are definitely the staff (especially Nikoletta at the breakfast and Spyridoula at reception), the location and equipments (lovely indoor pool to relax after a day trip). Breakfast buffet is really nice with lots of options, including Greek breakfast options and different coffee types. The hotel manager was also very nice and making sure everything was going smoothly for guests, we really appreciated his presence.

There isn’t anything to criticize.

The staff were so friendly & welcoming & couldn’t do enough for us. We booked a junior suite which was just very spacious & exceptionally clean. Breakfast was delicious too and with just a short walk into the old town it was a great location.

Spyduela the women in the resection was super nice and help with everything we needed! We got an upgraded room for free . Hotel was super clean , great location close to the centre, the old town and the beach . Definitely we will come back! Thank you for everything

Frankly, all was very well, but we had some minor issue in reservation because the credit card was not properly recognized.

Hotel was clean and stylish, well located near the beach and in a quiet place within comfortable walking distance from the lively and sometimes noisy city center. Our room was well equipped and the highlight was super comfortable beds. Another little plus was the possibility to sun-dry the clothes in the balcony. Breakfast was superb with all sorts of local tastes and delicacies, but the absolutely most important thing was the wonderful service by all staff members. We felt at home and well taken care off during breakfast, at reception and pool bar. We recall the wide smiles and friendly attention for a long time, and hopefully also some Greek words we learned from the hotel staff.

For guests that have a car - Only issue is the car parking in the surrounding area is very hard to find. And we were there in the 1st week in June, just before the peak. I'm guessing it would be impossible to find during summer peak time.

View onto the street from the room isn't very nice

Great amenities, we used the gym, indoor and outdoor pool. It is close to the beach and a short walk to old town. Great if you're looking to be just outside the busy area. Wonderful breakfast!
