Very easy communication with the owner, good room with nice view from 2nd floor lovely view od the city and the sea. It was possible to leave our luggage and explor the city a bit more during our last day in Aegina

No hot water for shower one morning. Wasn't the most soundproof with rooms nextdoor but to be expected with the age of building.

Balcony was gorgeous with an exquisite view of sunset and room to have a coffee or eat a meal. Location was good, quiet and away from busy area. Close to the port / supermarket.

The property stood out with its cleanliness, convenient proximity to the center, AC for comfort, and cozy beds. The friendly owner also added to the positive experience.

The cleaning staff was a bit rude as it tried to enter the room without knocking and although we were in the apartment and didn't open the door she didn't apologize. Also the door is in a narrow place really close to the neighbor's apartment and the pressure of the water is a bit of a problem but it is justified as it's in the 2nd floor.

It was a really beautiful apartment with a great view. It was really close to everything in the island the air conditioning and fan where great which is a big deal in Greece as it can get really hot. The host was great and really helpful although some problems appeared he reacted quickly and was really helpful! A great option for couples!

The bathroom looked a little tired and could probably do with re-painting but everything was clean and it didn't spoil our stay :) It was a little noisy at times from the street below, mainly from motorbikes and scooters passing by but by 11pm / 11.30pm there was little to no noise. This didn't spoil the stay.

The location was good, not too far from the port and close to bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The host, Mario, was easy to communicate with and very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the balcony was nice to sit out on for breakfast and in the evening.

Location was central, near to wonderful cafes where the locals went to drink ouzo and play backgammon. Short walk to the harbour and onward ferries. Aegina Town is very authentic and a pleasure to stroll around. The room itself was very tasteful with a balcony and a sun terrace. Facilities to make tea or coffee, good shower too. The owner was very personable and attentive.

The room was not the safest. All the doors to the building were open and the locks and keys to our room were old style. We had no issues but it would be good if the building was more secure. Also, there was no hairdryer which is very much needed when you're going on summer vacation and the bathroom was very tiny.

Overall very good place. The location is perfect and the room had adequate comforts. Our room had a balcony. The view is not to die for but the balcony is great to chill and get refreshed. The host was very nice and allowed us to leave our things at this store after our checkout. It was clean and tidy.

We had planned to do more self-catering but the kitchen was a little smaller than I'd imagined, however, the children were delighted to eat souvlaki and pizza from the local restaurants!

The things we loved best about the property were the host, Mario - probably the most helpful man on Aegina! We loved the rooms - we booked two as we were a family of 5 - one room had a kitchen and the other had a balcony overlooking the sea which was divine! A short walk to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants made the whole stay ideal!

kitchenette was missing in my room, maybe other rooms has it, but for a short stay not much of an issue

everything was great but having a kettle in the room so we could enjoy a coffee on the balcony would be a nice addition.

First of all, Marios the owner was so kind and friendly, and helped me immediately when I had some maintenance issues. The location was excellent, really easy walk to Aegina Town and port, and there was a great bakery very close. Bed was comfortable, wifi good, excellent value for money. There was a fridge and some cutlery, plates, cups etc which was handy. I would definitely come back.

Honestly nothing I can think of!

Lovely location and room. We had a room facing west which meant the sun beamed through the window at the end of the day which was lovely. Owner was very friendly, room was clean and well presented. There were heating, crockery and plenty of towels. Would recommend to anyone passing through the area.

Everything, the best thing about staying at this place is the host! Marios is truly a great guy and will go out of his way to make sure you have a great stay in aegina, I highly recommend staying here.
