Restaurant was a disappointment, small portions and expensive and awkward to get to, so we used room service but the meal was massively over salted. Wouldn’t eat there again

Fantastic location and property. The room was comfortable, roomy, great shower and private pool was warm. Breakfast was huge and served as lunch as well.

This hotel is in the top 3 of the hotels I have ever stayed at. It is better than Six Senses, Kempinski, The Ritz-Carlton, and HALEKULANI. Stella was kind enough to help me when I lost my passport. Vangelis was also kind enough to tell me about hotels, rooms, and Santorini, even though I knew nothing about them. There are so many great hotels in Santorini that it's hard to choose, but I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are set on a cliff.. so the walk down & up to the restaurant/common pool may be a difficult one for older folks..

Great location.. the edge of Oia, Santorini. Perfect to view the Caldera sunsets!! Very clean and well maintained. And excellent service by the team.. A la carte breakfast served to the portico of the rooms, overlooking the sea.. was amazing.. They helped with carrying luggage up to our rooms from the parking lot 200 mts from the hotel.. All the rooms have a gorgeous view.. restaurant set by a common infiniti pool.. offered great drinks.. and a greek menu.. very well presented.. very stylish..

Cave pool initially had many bugs and we had to call to have it cleaned. Lots of stairs to go up and down.

Santorini gets crowded during the day and the walkways are tight.

Our party all wanted their coffee/ tea to be warmer. The service at the restaurant was extraordinarily slow. Very little to complain about😍😍

Beautiful- excellent view of the sunset, delicious food- but most importantly, the staff was wonderful. Everyone from breakfast delivery to cleaning to waitstaff in the restaurant was smiling and happy. Thanos was outstanding both before and after the trip- he responded promptly to all emails and helped us with all arrangements. The young men who carried the luggage were amazing! Breakfast was very good but our dinner the first night was even better! We will highly recommend Charisma to anyone coming to Santorini.!

It was perfect! The location is amazing, stunning views over the sea, the Old Castle of Oia and breathtaking sunset! Also o enjoyed the overall energy of the place, all the people coming to see the sunset each evening, amazing armosphere! We stayed in the upper part of the hotel, near the windmill, and it was simply one of the best experiences i ever had in my “traveller life”. The room, the two pools, all the hotel’s setting and overall design was created with 100% attention to details, good taste and very high standards. We were impressed by the way we were welcomed in the hotel with complimentary lemonade and salads and a bottle of wine. We totally recommend this place. It is more than a hotel, it is an experience itself! Worth every penny. We can’t wait to come back to this amazing oasis in Santorini!

Absolutely nothing. Was just perfect!

The most magical stay. We were collected at the port and brought to our hotel where staff carried out bags for us. We were welcomed with an arrival drink for check in. Our room was absolutely stunning. So clean and cosy with a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit salad. We were taken on a full tour of the hotel. The pool area was incredible. The staff here are fantastic. Our room has the most gorgeous uninterrupted sunset view. Food here was 10/10 also!

Lots of people entering the properties through the gates, to watch the sunset, suggestion would be to use a keypad with a code for paying guests only to enter the premises

Steep stairs , make sure you have physical capacity to use multiple stairs ,especially for the rooms further down the cliff. We would have loved a tea or coffee maker in the room .

Steps down to the pool are quite steep but it’s Santorini so it’s to be expected. Room is pricey but again it’s Santorini!

Beautiful Property with breathtaking views of the caldera. Beautiful breakfast menu. Hard working staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms were beautiful, unfortunately ours didn’t come with a pool.

Has one of the best views of the caldera cliffs in Santorini. Led by Fay and her team they do their very best to help make your stay more than enjoyable. If you can afford it, get room 30 which has the Jacuzzi that is fully covered inside your room with the views looking out and completely private. Otherwise get a room with an outside Jacuzzi because the pools are not heated and you will appreciate it. Find quality soaps from Blvgary brand. Breakfast is served on your balcony and complementary and very delicious. Caution: lots of steps, LOTS. Maid service twice a day.
